I am incredibly disappointed with the service from PetMarket. I ordered a Habistat cabinet and waited an entire week for delivery, despite the site advising 3-5 days, only to be told it was out of stock after I reached out to them. They were happy to take my money immediately but apparently couldn't be bothered to check their inventory or notify me. I’ve wasted a week of project time waiting for an item they never had. Unprofessional and poor communication. Still waiting for my refund to be processed.

This pet shop has improved vastly since our last visit! The layout has been improved and the animals are all in much better environments and clearly well cared for. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and attentive. We will definitely be going there again more regularly as they have made a wonderful shopping experience!

Fab customer service, quick to have my order sent out and all products in great condition.
Only one draw back is the choice of courier DHL, they aren't very good around our area, still waiting on a bag of hay which should have been in the same drop off but didn't appear, hopefully it will appear before the end of the week.

The item they delivered was used or damaged from delivery however they expected me to send the item back and pay for the return when it was them who delivered the damaged item.
