This is absolutely the worst pet service on the earth. There is no contact information, no address, no phone #, and the only way to reach them is via a chat. I registered my dog before I knew the rescue had thier own registry on Petlink. I paid for a lifetime service with Pet Registration and Recovery and a week later they refuse to refund my $. I do not need the service, have not used the service, and additionally have read some really bad reviews echoing these same concerns. Terrible customer service. Not even a 30 day money back policy. I think this may be a scam company.
