Easy to set up the account. We had our vet email the script and I submitted my order on-line. Everything linked up and the product was delivered in a couple of days. Whilst I’ve had problems with delivery (totally a Australia Post issue) the staff have been an absolute credit to the company to deal with. Can not fault their customer care and service at all.
