The owner is writing themselves 5* reviews!
I previously had a misleading shopping experience. I came back to check back on the review and the owner (Thomas) who sent me a customer service email saying they'd remove my review previously is now I see writing 5* reviews for their own business!

Your reviews aren't a true experience of our site as you’ve never bought anything, anyway keep on with your personal vendetta against our company as it has no impact on our small family business whatsoever as reflected in our daily sales.
You had purchased from us you'd know that and the last review you based on your own error of not reading the delivery terms before going to check out.
We have a 4.8 star trust pilot score from over 90 people who have purchased for our site and have had excellent experiences with us, upon checking your history of reviews you only leave one star reviews and clearly only use trust pilot to attack small businesses.
Not sure what your agenda is although I'm 100% confident that all our customers have a excellent experience when buying from us which is proven in their reviews.
Just FYI Thomas is my father who actually made a purchase of parrot food and left a review which isn't unnormal for friends and family to do so.
Hopefully you'll get round to actually buying something from us and get to experience our true customer service.

My 1st order with this company
My 1st order with this company. There was a slight issue, but it was dealt with immediately. I also like the courier they use, DPD. I will be ordering from them again. Excellent price for my parrot food, compared to other companies.

Great shopping experience.
Came across pets on point whilst looking for a new bed for my dog. Website was easy to navigate, price was very competitive and delivery was quick and free. Product is good quality and our dog is very happy.

Great company
I've ordered dog food a couple of times over the last few months. The price is good, delivery is free if over £50 and if not too heavy, they use DPD and delivery has always been very quick with dispatch usually the same/next day. Communications are good with updates when you've ordered, when DPD are expecting the parcel etc. Even ordering the week before Christmas they got my order to me within 2 days. Would recommend.
