Fast delivery but stock was old and needed some TLC with zips. When I emailed about this issue and said this was my fourth Sporty and zips always fail on them I was advised to buy a more expensive buggy next time! Update 17th October. Just had shitty email from Patrick from POU in my personal email account whining about this review. No, Patrick, if you read my review I did not say POU told me the zips always fail on these buggies, I said this has been my experience. True, I did not review the product so I will add some thoughts here - the wheels are dangerous as the button to remove them, if knocked, or caught in weeds can disengage in an instant making the wheel come off. If this happens, and if the vital spring inside of it comes free, it's impossible to put it back so whole wheel is useless. If using this buggy as a trailer this could be catastrophic. Again, this is my experience - and I have had 4 of these buggies and it's happened twice. I stick with Sporty because the cabin is low to the ground and I can get my disabled dog in easily.
Another update and response to the rebuttal. The zips at front and back were stuck when I assembled to buggy. I notified POU straight away by email. Patrick suggested I buy a buggy that turned out to be more expensive on the website - only by £12 but it seemed very rude to be told I must be using the buggy a lot to be needing a 4th. Knowing zips are weak spots on the Sporty, I took the buggy to a local tent and awning maker for advice on what to do about it. He carefully lubricated them and told me his opinion was the buggy had been kept for a while since manufacture. This was borne out by the fact the box arrived filthy, covered in 3 types of tape and covered in gashes and holes. The secure plates inside were not attached. I never said the buggy was second hand. I have never claimed you asked me to edit of delete my review. I certainly would have already mentioned that if you had. Finally, I have been a loyal customer over the past 3-4 years. I think I've bought all 4 of my Sporty models from POU, so it has come as quite a shock to be harassed like this about a review they just don't like. And the snide way of emailing me via my personal account so as not to look bad here is despicable.

After I placed the order it seemed to be going great, but due to issues beyond the control of petsownus the item was delayed an the issues were with the origin of the order jubilee. They failed to respond to emails, an gave no updates. Eventually they responded an the item arrived, very late to be used an has since been returned an refunded.

Petsownus have been a pleasure to have to deal with an were very helpful with the emails an proof of conversation between them an the supplier. An a review is taking place between them both.

Petsownus have since refunded me the item an waved any fees for returns, would definitely use them in the future as any issues are looked into very quickly an responded quickly even during closed hours

Shocking! Never respond to emails, was given a tracking number eventually an told id have it by weekend. Here iam still waiting and tracking number says awaiting for sender.
Emails have since stopped ✋️. An asked for refund

Ordered a stroller for our beardie who is suffering from arthritis. The stroller arrived quickly and in perfect order, excellent price and service.

Amazing experience, Andrea was extremely helpful and help us to make a purchase that met our needs. We are very happy with our pet stroller. It arrived quickly, it was simple to assemble (as promised) and our dogs love it.
I should have purchased the cup holder though!

The Beberoad is a real success. My golden retriever x collie is a big dog.
He can lie down in this and is really happy riding. The ramp at the back is brilliant, he cannot access the buggy without one. The buggy is easy to push along forest tracks and manoeuvre through woods. Once you get the trick of removing the wheels it folds easily.

What can I say... superfast delivery - arrived today after only being posted yesterday because of the Bank Holiday. Received in perfect condition and absolutely love it! Can't wait to take my boy out for a stroll. Expensive stroller but well worth the money as the quality is second to none and will last and last compared to cheaper versions where the plastic wheels snap off. Not this one - built to last. Also so easy to set up and collapse. Top notch quality. Love it !

Excellent service, received buggy 24hrs after ordering. Generally happy with quality of Dog Trailer/Buggy, but no flag so I need to buy one from somewhere. Also, I would have liked better brakes, the sort you get on a childs buggy, this brake system seems flimsy and not sure I trust it. Overall delighted with product, only just big enough for 19kg dog, but easy to push even on longish grass and flinty gravel. My old arthritic spaniel is very happy now I don't have to leave him at home when I take my other dogs out.

I owned the same dog stroller a few years ago, so I knew I wanted to buy the same one.
It’s an absolutely brilliant stroller for my 11 year old chihuahua, and my four year old cavapoochon also likes to take a ride as well . Suki took to the stroller straight away .best dog stroller

Great service order received in good time the stroller is sturdy and good quality. We are in the process of getting our arthritic dog used to his new wheels which appears to be going well helped by the comfort he feels inside.

Amazing comms from a really helpful customer service rep named Andrea. Shipping was very prompt and my pet bed arrived with me well in advance of the date initially set. Although not the cheapest option, the quality of the item and - just as importantly - the level of customer service - more than justified the cost. I will be back!
