Required spare part for my vehicle. Contacted accessories dept at Cannock to ensure I would order the correct item. Very helpful. Ordered item via website, and it arrived at my property within 24 hours. Very impressed.

From initial contact the whole experience was excellent. Questions asked through the web chat were answered promptly and clearly with links included to the responses. Shipping within 48 hours. Could have included tracking number with shipping confirmation although this did not deflect from the great service. Would definitely use these guys again.
