For years, I have noticed PFKs agent selling board and thought they are maybe quite plain. But now I know that this means ‘less is more’ in terms of the expertise, service and support from this estate agency.

Attention to detail - Lynne came along to photograph the property and take details. She listened and understood the uniqueness of the property. The images and wording needed a couple of tweaks but the final results for publication were fantastic.

Understanding the market - PFK understood exactly how the market worked and how to promote this on all social platforms with the correct asking price and algorithms. We had 22 first appointments which was awesome.

Knowing the property - we had lots of viewings and fantastic feedback. Joanne did an amazing job knowing the property and its history.

Sales negotiation - this was made so easy as Rebecca understand the market, buyers and what was the best offer for us as a family and getting the sale over the line. Building trust with your agent is so important and Rebecca made this easy. It was a long sales process. It was hard at times and nothing seemed to be moving forward. Rebecca kept all parties up to date and had amazing lines of communication with the solicitors etc involved in the sale.

This sale was not just about a house, it was our parents dream - build it and live in it as long as they could.

From our initial contact with Hannah at PF&K Estate Agents in Keswick, to exchange of contracts, we couldn’t have been happier in our choice of agent to sell our home.
Hannah’s wealth of local knowledge made for a realistic valuation and proactive marketing strategy. She was super speedy in processing the property photos and detailed information in order to market the property as soon as we gave the go-ahead. Hannah always made herself available to us and was prompt in responding to any queries.
The mobile app was very useful for keeping us informed of viewings and feedback. Agents Chloe and Chris were excellent at showing our property to prospective buyers and were always welcoming when we visited the PF&K office.

Chris @ PFK was friendly, informative, approachable and efficient while dealing with our purchase. His communication was excellent, keeping us updated during the process and reaching out to help when things appeared to not be moving along as planned. PFK @ Penrith provided us with excellent support during a lengthy process in selling our house in Pooley Bridge.
We understood the difficulties in the market over the last couple of years and we were kept informed regularly on market conditions .
We had a steady flow of viewings and again we understood the house would finally be sold when a buyer came along and everything suited them about our property and its location . We had super service starting with Nina who arranged for the house to go on the market and then we were looked after by Lynn, Rebecca and by Kat ( who had the most involvement with us and was extremely willing and helpful to us in the latter stages of our sale )

Very disappointed with this Agent. Communications seem to be done mostly through an app, with very little personal interaction. Often emails went unanswered and during the time we were on the market with them there were no updates, infact as stated, no communication whatsoever. Selling your house is expensive and we expected more for the fees charged. Needless to say we were unable to achieve a sale through this agent but are not deterred from trying another agent in the future.
On a positive note when we were looking to buy a property 3 years ago we found Pauline extremely proactive hence why we chose PFK.

Very kind and supportive staff. Especially at those points when it was really stressful.
Prior to that, they were very good at selecting the right type of buyer to view our individual home, rather than sending many viewers who would not have liked it and would have been wasting our time.

Superb service from Hannah and Chris in the Keswick office. Proactive, honest and professional. If only all estate agents were like this! We were kept informed throughout the sale and Chris was excellent at chasing the chain to make sure the sale actually happened.

Bought a property via PFK Cockermouth. Pauline was great from the beginning. She was easy to get hold of, responded to messages and emails quickly made contact with the buyers when needed. So many EAs are lacking in all of this - as we found out when house hunting - but PFK were great throughout. Thanks Pauline.

Outstanding service from start to finish!
We didn’t actually use PFK to sell our own property, but they were the agents for the house we were purchasing and they were excellent throughout. They were the ones who kept things moving and regularly updated us when we weren’t hearing anything from our solicitor.

The process took six months to complete, and I genuinely think we might still be waiting if it hadn’t been for PFK pushing things forward. Rebecca in particular was fantastic and did a brilliant job keeping everything progressing.
