, I had accumulated a lot a dept through some bad life choices and some bad luck along the way . After years of unopened letters , ignoring thousands of phone calls and a constant fear and worry of how the hell was I going to get free of this . I made the best and as it turned out through the guidance of P&G Finance LTD , the most simplest of decisions. Which was to first of all realise I needed help and then simply ask for the help . I really had no idea this service was available , I picked up the phone and spoke to Paul from P&G and within 24hrs they arranged a dept management proposal , with an affordable payment plan , my creditors where no longer aloud by law to contact me in any capacity. I’m in absolute shock at how easy this was . So I would urge anyone who feels they have the weight of the worlds dept on their shoulders to realise there is a way out , Just stop for a minute don’t be afraid or embarrassed , realise where you are financially and ask the for help . It has taken me years but I wish I hadn’t of buried my head in the sand, the help is out there .

Lynsey has been genuinely lovely throughout my experience with P&G Finance. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and really put me at ease when I felt unsure. She took the time to reassure me properly and never made me feel like I was asking too much. She went out of her way to help and was always there whenever I had a question. Her support made everything feel much more manageable.

I was in tough financial situation and Sam really helped me out. It felt more like mental health therapy, he had answers to all my questions and worries.

Was referred to P&G for help, had discussions on WhatsApp and then follow up calls then I was completely ghosted. Attempted to follow up on WhatsApp and was blocked, I have screenshots of conversation, no abusive messages, just completely ignored so just followed up with reminders then blocked altogether.

Shocking service from company who are supposed to help people struggling.

I was going through a very difficult time with my finances, and in a moment of frustration I remembered seeing F&G Finance reels on Facebook. I submitted my details — just my name and mobile number — and shortly after, Paul called me and introduced me to Lynsey, who took on my case.
I had lost a significant amount of money in the casino and was facing overwhelming debt, with no realistic way to manage all my credit cards and loans. Throughout the entire process, Lynsey supported me with genuine care. She even took the time to speak with me and reply to my messages outside of her office hours, which meant a lot when I was feeling nervous and panicked about my situation.
She remained calm, patient, and understanding, and truly made me feel heard. I would give her a well‑deserved 7 ⭐ rating for her outstanding support and guidance. I sincerely hope she continues to grow in her career — she has all the qualities of someone who could successfully lead a team.
