Took 60 days to receive my order. Shoes weren't at all
what the description stated and no way to get return information. So now I'm stuck with shoes that are uncomfortable and I cannot wear them!

Complete fraud and deception - Bait and switch with studio shoe photo's in Ads. Like previous complaints I ordered based on description of arch support for plantar fasciitis, walking leather shoe, received a cheap rubber, fake leather bedroom slipper. After back and forth with PayPal claim they tried the same discount replies - 20%, then 30% the 60%. I provided PayPal with photo's of shoe folded like a slice of bread. I repeatedly replied to their emails with US "WIRE FRAUD" statute code in bold red and they refunded my PayPal account after wire fraud notices the very next morning.

Ordered shoes and have been billed,and.paid for but still no product. no tracking, NOTHING ! After reading the other rerviews I feel I have been also scammed.

If I could give a negative review, it would be a negative infinity! This is the worst company to work with. The shoes we ordered run larger than the size they sent. AND they came from CHINA! They also charged and international transaction fee without letting me know. They need to be upfront and let people know where their shoes are made, where they come from, and what fees they charge!

They began by offering me 20% back and suggested that I give them to someone as a present or try to sell them. So far they have offered me 30% and I counter-offered 100%. It seems as though they are waiting for the return time to expire by dragging their offers out. I believe my only choice is to contact my bank and see what they can do.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

SCAM OUTFIT Why is Trust Plot giving this company a 2-star review when all the reviews are one-star? THIS IS A SCAM OUTFIT. I paid over $69 for a pair of supposedly arch-supported shoes. It took well over a month for them to arrive and I was immediately shocked to discover that there were NO ARCH SUPPORT OR ORTHOTIC ELEMENTS AT ALL in these shoes, making them no better than a pair of cheap bedroom slippers. After reading the attempted return experiences of other reviewers, I have decided not to try to return them but chalk it up to experience. SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THEM OUT MORE CAREFULLY.

On Dec. 26, 2024, I ordered a pair of shoes from Phanile. Upon receipt, I found that the shoes did not fit! I contacted them asking for a refund. So far, they have offered me 20%, 30%, 50%, and now 70% today claiming "goodwill and Intentions on their part" Their statement of 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and 30 day refund guarantee is false advertising. They claim they are in an economic crisis and would like positive review. I still expect the 100% refund!

Update: I continued to get offers. The last one was 90% and I continued to remind them of their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Bottom line: I got the 100%. Perseverance paid off!

Ordered these 'made in the USA" shoes on 1/5. Suppose to be a 3-7 day shipment. Order is supposedly coming from Indonesia. Shipment in April. No visible way to cancel the order. Am contesting it with my credit card company.

Over a month and I have not gotten my shoes. I see bad reviews now and I am concerned That I have been scammed. Please either send my shoes or return my money. Thank you. Very bad business. I will let others know not to buy. E Kenney

I have ordered a pair of shoes from this company about a month ago and I am still waiting. What a way to steal people's money legally, can the authority do something about these thieves from China?

Everything they claim is bunk. Don't fit well, hard to put on. Return policy, 100% ? You have to apply for a return. The return is at your expense. The return is to China ... about the same cost as the shoes. Stay clear of this outfit.

It’s been 30 days since I placed my order. Still no shoes. Their ad says made in USA, actually it says designed in USA. Only way to contact them is by email. Evidently they are in China. They say my order was shipped and need to wait another 5-7 days. Beware! This is not a company to order from.

I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes on November 26th of November I had one communication from this supposed UK Co. saying the shoes were in transit, apparently from China. The shoes never arrived, and I am unable to connect with this company.

Horrible experience in trying to initiate a return on this awful product. Not made in USA and no response from the supposed customer service team.

Orthopedic shoes? Really? Made in USA? I mean...whoever the parent-parent-parent company is for this - I dont have words for it. Could they be nuked or.. fire-bombed? I guess blatant lying is the defining feature of our era. Most crappy shoes I have ever laid eyes on. DO NOT BUY!

Don’t purchase anything from this company as you will never be able to contact anyone about exchanges or returns. I’ve sent Many emails trying to return a pair of shoes with Zero response and they have NO phone number. Buyer Beware!!

Phanile is apparently a NEW Name for a company in China. If you scroll through their ad you'll notice there's NO address, NO phone number. The other individual who recently had a problem, I totally believe him. I had purchased shoes from this company (under another name) They weren't worth a darn. I returned them as I purchased them thru PayPal whole paid for the cost of return. The cost was more than the shoes purchase price. They'll keep changing their name to hide from their prior bad name

I bought a pair of shoes from this company, stating that they were made in the USA, that they were orthopedic shoes with a high arch support, and designed for elderly people with walking issues. They're made in China (and ship from China). They have NO arch support whatsoever, the bottom of the shoe is totally flat. The openings were too small and I couldn't even get my foot into them. I requested a refund, and they offered me a pittance, and said I had to ship them back to China at my expense. I was finally able to get a 60% refund and was not required to return them. They said "keep them as a gift or give them to a loved one." They are not worth anything. They will end up in a landfill. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with these charlatans!
