I very rarely revert to leaving comments on Trust Pilot, as my usual approach is to write directly to the Head Office. On this occasion, I thought the general public should be aware of recent bad practice at the Well Pharmacy, Sketty Park, Swansea, SA2. Does it take someone with brains to go out and purchase a phone so patients can get in touch! What a disgrace. Then to add insult to injury, on Friday I was reduced to tears when I was told that my pain medicine would arrive on Monday, the very day I was due to go into hospital! As I am disabled and have cancer, so can't get out of the house, my husband is 75 and doesn't drive we opt for a delivery 'service'. What a joke. A taxi to collect the medication was an option, but it was a controlled drug so I dare to say the chemist would not give it to someone other than the named person or husband/partner/family. I was besides myself in tears last night. Thanks to the staff at Well Pharmacy, Sketty Park for your compassion.
