I paid for a next day delivery, they never sent my order. Called them, they said that it is not in stock.
I canceled my order, requesting a full refund, they never confirmed this.

Used for first time. Had an online consultancy with them, then within a day & half my order was received via RoyalMail tracked delivery.

Been using this company for several years,never had any problems. Reliable with competitive prices. Last order made on 10/04/22 arrived on 13/04/22.

Placed an order on 12/5/21. Got the email saying payment completed, then nothing after that. Phoned them up and spoke to a man driving his car telling me the woman was not there who deals with the ' phone number '. Logged in to my account and sent a message. Still nothing, then tried loggin into my account and no email or password is recognised, clicked their twitter link and their twitter account is suspended. DO NOT USE.

Put my order on Monday 22/6/2020 received the Voltorol 50mg tablets 2 days later.
Great service will use again

I placed an order 23rd May,,, still not arrived on 9th June. Wouldn't use them again. Refund requested.

Great service and prices, products are always delivered promptly.

Really poor service using a useless courier. Very difficult to get delivery dates. They keep saying the product has gone to the courier but cannot give any progress report. I’ve used couriers which allow real time tracking. I think it could be a scam company .... 2 weeks tand still nodelivery of my essential prescriptions. I’m back to my high street pharmacy onto these con artists.

I ordered 3 times during past 2 years.
I had 0 problems.

Dishonest! Do not do the online shop from pharmacy direct, i placed the order and more than one week after I got the order cancellation due to no stock, I understand.
Then two weeks after, I saw the stock is available online again, I called them to make sure it is in stock, the lady one the phone put me on hold for more than 15 mins, then she said to me that “yes, the item is back to stock.” I placed the order after I hung up the phone. 8 days later, I found there is no email for shipping or receipt from the store, I called pharmacy direct again, the same lady picked up the phone and told me that “I am sorry, the item is not in stock.”
I have been very patient to them, this time is enough, I feel like it is definitely a trap to anyone who placed the order then no chance to chase it up during the COVID19 period.
I would not recommend to all of my friends as I do not want them may lose their money.
Be Aware.

My order is supposed to have shipped but I can't track it, and it has not arrived. Money back?

This company is a scam they will take your money and will not send you anything and if they do it will not be worth anything be warned and your own perils

They send my order #4000035150 in Ireland and don’t answer to my email, i want the send another time the item or refund me immediatly

Awful customer service. If they don't like what you're saying, they just don't answer.

I have never received my order (for more than 1 month)
I asked for the refund but to date I have no answer.
I advise you not to buy on this site.

Ordered a product online, which was advertised as being in stock. Received an email telling me that it had been dispatched and the money was taken from my credit card. A week later, when the product had not arrived, I telephoned and was told that they did not have any in stock and so obviously it had not been dispatched. Unacceptable behaviour IMHO.

Ordered goods over two weeks ago payment was taken immediately but still no delivery! Very disappointed.

I have now had a response & my goods have been received together with a full refund. Many thanks
