Booked a flu vaccine appointment only to be told when I arrived it wasn't avaliable and they had no knowledge of the booking.

You were sending me lots of reminder…
You were sending me lots of reminder text messages not to forget my appointment for my flu vaccine. I also received an e mail the day before the appointment to confirm my appointment. When i turned up on the appointed time i was told that the pharmacist was not there and it could not be done.
Dreadful service, waste of time.

04/12/2025 I popped in today to pick up…
04/12/2025 I popped in today to pick up my prescription about 1 ish... the girl with the dark hair in a ponytail and glasses... behind the counter is always soooo rude... she rudly points at you and says "wait a minute!..." with out you saying anything... she rolls her eyes... she doesn't hand you your prescription... she leaves it on her side of the counter ... and walks off.
She always has a really bad attitude. She's the worst one... I hate going in here because of her. That and the empty shell of a "pharmacy"
The other girl that works there isn't much better. She was stood chatting to the one who is always rude and ignoring customers, the last time that I went in.
The male working there was very polite and professional... unlike the other two girls. When they ignored me last time.. he came and served me.
The wait times in here are horrendous... you also have to wait several days before even thinking of going to pick up your prescription.
I'm going to go on the app and change pharmacy's as this one is going down hill fast!...
I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy at all!...

Forgot to tell me they had to cancel my appointment
Had run out of private flu vaccines (completely understandable given the circumstances) however nobody had been in touch to let me know. I only found out when I called if I could move my appointment to an earlier point in the day and the very polite member of staff explained they had none in stock. Apparently I should have been contacted by head office, however the only correspondence I had was an email the night before my appointment confirming it. By no means poor customer service from the staff at my local pharmacy, but poor communication from the business itself.

Poor communication
Despite several reminders about my flu jab appointment, when I arrived they told me that they only had vaccine suitable for under 50 Yr old.
I could have been told so that I didn't waste my journey

I attended for a Covid jab
I attended for a Covid jab. On arrival I was greeted by a friendly courteous member of staff and was quickly directed to the Pharmacist, Noreen.
The purpose of the jab was explained fully and was completed successfully.
I was pleased to learn that Noreen was authorised to prescribe NHS medicines. I will definitely make this my first stop for any qualifying medication.
