I’ve ordered from them multiple times good customer service,good communication. Super polite good people, shipping takes a bit but everything is always good in the end just be patient.

I was not patient with the delivery. It did take a month. But they assured me it would arrive, and it was due to Covid. It did arrive. I was a pain in the butt, but they were always nice and kept assuring me the purchase would arrive. Great customer service. If you order while Covid is still around. BE PATIENT. I will order again.

I keep reading attack reviews about them. I’ve used them for almost 3 years now and have had a great experience. They’re pretty fast for oversees shipping too. I usually get mine in about 2 weeks-ish. But they’re very kind and helpful. I’ve ordered about 8 times. Never had an issue either.

Second time using them.
Order arrived sooner then expected.
Had to use payment other then credit card, but not that big a deal as they gave me some xtra of what I ordered for the added hassle.
If they had bugs in their delivery as per some of the reviews, they've since worked them out.

I have been using this company for a few years now. Customer support is excellent, they are very helpful and happy to answer questions. Excellent service went out of their way to ensure a smooth transaction.

The delivery was very well packed in a cardboard box – and I especially appreciate that it was sent from Germany, hence as an intra-EU delivery, which means that I did not have to pay any customs duties or other fees.
I am very pleased with the way my order was handled. I can understand that its is a disadvantage to no longer have access to the previous merchant terminal account – but for me this definitely is an advantage, and I am looking forward to order from you again!

The product I ordered arrived earlier than I expected incredibly fast shipping very honest company they sent me more than I ordered because this was the second time I ordered from them

I've made a total of 3 orders thru Pharmaglobalrx. It was a scary experience due to the fact my bank declined the charge, so I was asked to pay by Paypal the first time, and Moneygram another. That raised concern on my part. In the end, I always received my order, and due to the added troubles, they sent 25% more product and the product works just as well as the way more expensive big pharma product.

THEY FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT, it took them a month and a half, and they put me through hell, but they took care of it. Question is : WILL I REORDER ? the ANSWER: probably, Afterall, they made it right
