I’m so dissatisfied with this company
I’m so dissatisfied with this company. My doctor sent a much needed prescription (Bonjesta) to this company. I called the same day (Thursday) to make sure they received the request, which they did. They sent me a text message so I could receive updates. I called on Saturday because there weren’t any updates. They said they were waiting on my insurance company to approve/deny it. I called my insurance company that same day and they said they didn’t receive any claims for that medication. I told PhilRx to just push it through without the insurance because I needed it ASAP, which they did. I called on Tuesday again since there weren’t any updates again and they said they were waiting to find a pharmacy to dispense it. The medication didn’t ship until Wednesday night and I didn’t get it until the following Tuesday, almost 2 weeks after my doctor had sent it! And then I tried to get the refill to be done with my insurance and they said they couldn’t do it because it had already been processed even though it showed on my end that it wasn’t going to be processed until in 9 days!!!! So now I have to pay for it out of pocket or cancel it and wait another 2 weeks to get it!!!
