I believe Philip Harris must be a very reputable company. I was very pleased with my weighing scales but disappointed with the size of the weighing dish. Philip Harris listened to my concerns and have given me a discount, which I believe is very fair. I would definitely buy from them in the future

The weighing bowl is extremely small
I liked that the digits were in analogue and metric as I follow both types of recipes.
I liked that the digits were well spaced out and if I wanted to weigh 2oz I could clearly see.
I did not like the weighing bowl being so small. I would say more or less impossible to get 1lb of flour in.

Excellent service from Philip Harris. As the goods were ordered very last minute, I was worried that they would not arrive in time before the summer holidays. I rang and was assured that all items were in stock and that they would be delivered in 2 - 3 working days, that was on the Tuesday and by Thursday of that week all items had been received. I also had a query about something else and I was put through to a lovely customer service agent who was a pleasure to talk to, my query was resolved in no time at all.
