I wanted to provide feedback on my dealing with Rebekah Baines at the Didsbury branch. During the sale of my property she has provided professional service and brilliant communication, at what has been a challenging time during the pandemic.
It’s rare to find the communication between seller, estate agent and solicitor so good during a property sale.

Thank you for your comments, however i think you have put on the wrong Philip James Estates as we are in coggehall and do not have offices in Didsbury
Absolutely conned me
Absolutely conned me. Rented a new apartment. The toilet didn't work and apparently it was wear and tear. I was the 1st person to live in it. Very rude and unhelpful staff at the Deans gate branch. Cost me a fortune when I left as well. They hired a domestic cleaner even though I had already done so. The reason I had left a dry pack of pasta and a tin of chopped tomatoes on 1 shelf. £10 to replace a spot light that went as well. Honestly do not use them. It will cost you.
