Good service at realistic pricing
Have used the wood yard a couple of times and found the staff helpful and friendly.
Needed a few additional bits so ordered on line and everything delivered the next day. We were out but items stacked tidily off the drive with postcrete bags by the garage door.
Really pleased with the service and realistic pricing.

Differing customer service
Great quality decking boards.
Purchased on two different days in the same week. Fantastic customer service on the first day and was helped by the female assistant to load my car. As a 50+ woman with dodgy knees, I was really grateful. Went back for more and the guy just counted out my decking boards and leaned them against a truck and left me to struggle.

Good service, good wood but answer your emails
Wood was good quality.
Gentleman on hand brought it down to the car fair play to him give him a raise
Lad behind counter promptly refunded wrongly measured(my mistake) post fair play give him a raise.
Although it would be nice if the company answered my emails about a custom cut post I needed, had to spend my money elsewhere instead of with yourselves.
