Rude, unprofessional. Called off a withheld number 40 mins before our viewing and due to not answering kept ringing. When answered asked us to come early ie now !!! Got to the property at the planned time to be told that part of the property had been sold ! We were not told this at the time of booking nor was it on the advert. Very unprofessional outfit. Wasted our time. Fuming. Check all details about the property you want to view thoroughly with them before you view.

Unfortunately I missed a house viewing appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I called up to re-book a viewing of the property and was refused a viewing because I missed the first.

I have missed viewings of other properties before with different businesses and never had this happen. This was also my first ever viewing with Phillip George, so clearly they have a 1 strike policy which is terrible customer service.

Heaven forbid us human people have lives to lead and things just happen, complete rubbish. Give Aaron employee of rhe month for not caring or even asking why I couldn't attend.

Awful, will not be using these.

Samantha was absolutely brilliant throughout, incredibly responsive, professional and lightning quick at actioning any queries or requests. Sam was amazing, she kept in contact with me on a regular basis, informing me of all steps. She was professional, polite, and easy to communicate with, always answering or returning calls promptly. We were the buyers (not the seller’s clients), but honestly Samantha was fantastic throughout the whole process. She kept us in the loop more than our mortgage adviser + solicitors, always making sure we understood the next steps and chasing the right people to keep things moving.

We put our offer in mid June and got the keys mid August - just a two-month turnaround. Admittedly, we benefitted from a no-chain situation, but the process felt super smooth thanks to Samantha’s support.
