I have known Phil for some time and there was a point in my work life where i was really not happy with my CV. Too long, too repetitive, too many boring statements. Phil had been a connection on my LinkedIn profile for sometime and I'm not sure how the connection originally came about (although we have both worked in the automotive aftersales business arena).

Like many other senior business professionals, I was pretty happy with my CV. I have always kept it up to date, I keep an eye out for current trends/thinking, and when I took the decision to resign from my current position, I thought I'd be OK... I saw what Phil was posting on LinkedIn, and took an interest in what his clients were saying and having worked alongside him many years ago, when he joined my 'then' company as a recruitment consultant, I decided to reach out and asked him to review my CV for me. I joined a free ‘Rev up your CV’ 90 minutes session with Phil Sterne.

Phil, is a very astute and clever minded individual who brings clarity and up to date trends in CV writing. What I like about Phil most is that he simplifies, and breaks down the resurrection of the process seamlessly. He is very easy to work with in regards of package selections, and gives an honest opinion, opposed to some of the guys just wanting to go the full extreme on what everyone needs. I follow his YouTube channel, and also on LinkedIn for his tips/tricks, and weekly posts, since they are quick and useful.
