Fantastic experience!
I had a truly fantastic experience with Phoenix Ultrasound. They managed to find me an appointment on very short notice, accommodating my urgent need. The staff proved to be extraordinarily professional, competent, and attentive to every detail. In addition to their great efficiency, I highly appreciated the kindness and empathy with which I was welcomed and assisted. I had a very positive experience with my ultrasound appointment. I was seen straight away, which I really appreciated. The sonographer was professional, kind and reassuring throughout the appointment. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly, which helped put me at ease. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. The staff were welcoming and reassuring, helping me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The sonographers and healthcare professionals demonstrated exceptional professionalism, taking the time to explain procedures clearly and answer any questions I had with patience and understanding.

Had a brilliant experience! I called in to get an appointment and they booked me in the very next day, staff were all very lovely and competent, and I received the results via email within 12 hours.

Prompt results
I contacted Phoenix for an echocardiogram. The booking process went smoothly and I had an appointment within two days. The echocardiogram was conducted thoroughly and the results were received the same day.

Very professional and easy

Clear booking/clear explanation
I drove from Enfield to Angel and parked my car in the Sainsbury's then took the bus (very handy, as it was super hot) I have use this company twice - it was straight forward to book online; when I got to the clinic there was no waiting time, very professional and images clearly explained to me. I received my images promptly via email. I have something to check in a couple of months I will definitely be booking it with Phoenix US. Thank you
