I used Phoenix to get my A licence. Chris is a great instructor. He helped me pass both Mod 1 and Mod 2 on the first attempt.

I had to retake my cbt today after 2 years an once again i choose with sam as sam was absolutly amazing knew of my anziety an was very calming an helpful with absolutly everything exactly what you need an its second time of choosing to go back with sam as i felt so at ease an also taught me a bunch of new things so i highly recomend you give them a call to enquire please dont hesitate to contact chippenham phoenix an thanks for taking time to read my review

I was really impressed with the training that was supplied to me by Chris at Phoenix in Bath. I completed my CBT last year at a different location due to availability and after completing the big big taster session in January this year decided I wanted to complete my MOD1 and MOD2.

MOD1 training was excellent, with Chris being patient and putting me as a learner at ease. He helped me get over my fear of lean by explaining it in a physics sense which gave me the confidence to trust the bike. I passed MOD1 first time as did the other person training witih me.

MOD2 was the week after. Again, Chris was excellent in his approach to training - patient and knowledgable and able to pick out even small infractions that would be marked as minors on the test to ensure I was fully aware of everything that was required of me on the test. Because of his training, I passed that first time too and am now Fully Category A licensed and on the road.

Amazing support after serious injuries from being hit off my KTM 125 & getting me through my test after I'd recovered enough to take it !!

Very good for everything

I finally passed my A license yesterday on the 3rd attempt! The Phoenix motorcycle instructors have all been fantastic! Did CBT at the Chippenham school, pre-assessment and Mod 1 training at the Bath school and Mod 2 training at the Bristol school so had training from various different instructors and every single one of them were so encouraging and supportive. I had never ridden motorcycles before and I would thoroughly recommend Phoenix to anyone! It's been a hell of a journey!

Did the CBT training with Pheonix couple of days ago. Had a fantastic, enthusiastic supportive instructor who carefully guided us through the programme and ensured that we had an instructive yet fun day.

The instructors were friendly and made me feel at ease. Loved the whole experience. I done try ride, pre cbt and my actual cbt.

brilliant instructors Rich gave very clear instructions on what he wanted to see from the riders and was very helpful at going at the riders pace

My instructor was very polite and friendly, and made sure that I was comfortable whilst riding, and made mine and the other student's safety the main priority. I enjoyed my time whilst on the bike. Definitely worth doing if you're looking to get on the road!
