My experience doing my CBT where do i start. We had Marc as the instructor and let me tell you..... what a guy he is.
He had so much time and patience with us. Marc gave us an insight on differnt levels of protection you can get and differnt materials for weather conditions. When out on the bikes Marc has his own way of keeping you calm with his dad jokes and it works. (I met a girl once .......) 🤣

Mark my trainer was absolutely great he taught me from not knowing how to ride a bike to full on being safe on the roads. Stand up guy hes funny and strict at the same time honestly if you are going to pick a training centre pick the croydon one.

Marc was a very good motorcycle instructor made you feel at ease and explained everything well and a funny person would give him six stars but only you can give five thanks Marc

Mark was great. Clear and concise with what was expected, assisted where it was needed and gave great advice as well as being relaxed.
Decent bikes to learn on too so all around great experience.

I took two tries to get my CBT and had Marc for both. He was incredibly reassuring, patient and encouraging with me as I was struggling. I felt really supported and safe, and trusted Marc's advice completely.
As a woman I felt a little anxious going into the quite male dominated world of motorbiking but I would really recommend Phoenix to any other women, as I felt welcomed and in the end really enjoyed my CBT.

Marc my instructor deserves a raise, one of the best teachers I’ve had, constantly cracking jokes and making people feel at ease and comfortable and I thank him for that.

It was a really good experience. Training was amazing really helpful as a first time rider. Mark was an excellent instructor that helped me get my certificate.

From calling Phoenix directly to book my CBT in their Crystal Palace centre, to the actual day of my CBT I found that all staff and instructors were extremely helpful, professional and provided me with a great experience of their company. The instructor on the day was extremely good and filled me and the group with confidence with his calmness and teaching methods. Overall a great experience will definately be using them for MOD 1 and MOD 2

fantastic instructor (Marc ) made everyone on the course enjoy the experience. very patient, good communicator, great knowledge. most important was his ability to give confidence to others that was very apprehensive. would strongly recommend phoenix motorcycle training .
