Marc the instructor is very knowledgeable. He made me feel very confident and comfortable during the lesson. He was also very clear when giving explanations making it easy for me to comprehend the instructions.

Great experience, Marc was an exceptional instructor really put any nerves at ease. Friendly and relaxed but also very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this training centre!

I was doing training with Phoenix for years (4 times CBT) after i decided to do full licence. Always reliable, professional and good service. I recommend to anyone who wants safely ride motorbike.

I completed my CBT course on the 29/04/22. My instructor (Ken) was amazing and very knowledgeable. I’d never ridden before so he was patient and as the day went on, provided me with enough skills and confidence to ride on the road. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested!

I would recommend these guys to anyone wanting to get a motorcycle licence, my instructor marc was excellent, would have a great laugh with you while you learn which makes the day alot more enjoyable and less nerve racking, really experienced guys so you know you will get the highest level of training with them, recommend them every day of the week.

Marc was excellent, great instructor and almost as chatty as Alan Carr. Would recommend to everyone. I had a great day and passed.

Tutor was very pleasant and instructive in a non threatening way. Good day in the training area and out on the road. Felt very comfortable and calm.

I attended a CBT, the instructor was very informative and professional. Put all the students at ease. Very interesting road ride during the snow.🤣.
I am intending to do my big bike test and he gave me advice as to which course of action I should take. Very helpful indeed and could not fault them, even down to the admin team on the phone. Would highly recommend.

Did my CBT today, at Addington. Great experience all round, the instructor put us at ease, and was a very friendly, and experienced rider.

Not once during the day, did I feel nervous, and overall I left the course having learned a lot, not just about bikes, but road safety, riding gear etc.

Highly recommend. Will be coming back for the DAS, hopefully soon!

The only negative I can add, is I booked a manual 125 CC bike, but on the day, due to a system error, I had to train on an automatic. Not the instructors fault, but very frustrating.

Sam is a good instructor really knows his stuff and made the day fun also.you learn a lot in the time given highly recomended training school.

Although I didn’t pass my CBT first time, my instructors (Marc and Harrison) were fully supportive and encouraging when both on and off the road. They helped me go from barely being able to stand on a bike to having the confidence to drive on the road. Great experience, can’t wait to come back and pass my CBT!!!

I have just completed my CBT with Marc in New Addington. The training was very enjoyable. The instructor was most helpful, patient and friendly. Even though it wasn't my first CBT, I still learned a lot of new things. I will definitely book my motorcycle licence training with Phoenix. I recommend them totally. Thank you.

I cannot thank everyone enough at Phoenix. From the phone operators booking in to the instructors. Great bikes in great conditions and very easy to feel comfortable on. Wynne my instructor for most of my time was so informative, understanding and patient.

Highly recommend and advise against going with anyone else.

Marc was an excellent instructor, took his time with us all and ensured our safety on the road would like to give him 5* !
