Ease of use
Ease of use. My only suggestion is pricing. Unlimited monthly plan needs needs to be lower. Around $3.00/Month since I hardly use it. Most of the time I use WhatsApp to call back home. Thanks

-Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection.
-Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.
As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app.
You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Please look for the city closest to you on this page: https://phoneindia.com/access_numbers.
