This morning, at 9 am, I received an email confirming that my phone had been delivered to them. By 3 pm, I received another update saying my phone had been inspected and my payment was being processed... Ver mais

Such a quick and easy process. Communication was clear, packaging was sent to me and before i knew it, the phone was received and the money was paid into my account. Would definitely use again!

Avoid at all cost

CROOKS

The value you will receive is too good to be true. they will revalue your phone to a lower value and then demand you to pay them £35 to return the phone although it clearly states 'free return' if you are not happy with valuation. I questioned this charge and they referred me to their T&C and there was nothing on there. This was their response to the £35 return charge not being on their T&C "That £35 fee no need to mention as this only apply when customer booked under wrong category ."

Responding to reply from the business.

I'm not questioning me sending a phone that has bad battery. I'm questioning you asking for a payment of £35 to send the phone back and when I ask you where this states in your T&C you could not show it although it clearly states free returns if phone is revalued!

As this is our responsibility to pay you what offered online similarly it is your responsibility to read the terms and condition before making any booking as it cost us .
In your case you send us device under good condition but fully ignored the fact your phone battery is on service and need replacement which means your device doesn't class as "good Condition" its got faulty battery and will need replacement .

Also we paid you what you happily agreed you checked all the other suppliers and what they offered for the faulty device was paid to you .

This is another example of blackmail business and do not accept your on mistake and laziness to not check the T&cs and then accept business to pay for your mistake.

It was super easy to use

It was super easy to use, with them sending you everything you need next day. Price was slightly lower than first thought, but still really good service.
