It was the best customer service experience. Although the book was slightly damaged due to a delivery driver’s mistake, the company and the customer support team handled everything very smoothly. I highly recommend them.

Made this for my grandaughter easy to do and arrived in great condition and she was over the moon with it, lovely size book to keep for her Mike stone birthday of 16 , it’s so nice will be ordering again when another birthday comes along as great memories to look bk on many thanks photo 9

The quality of the product is incomparable with other brands offering similarity products. All photos were clear and vibrant along with text added to the book. The option to add text on the cover of the book is genius!!! Cannot wait to purchase more photobooks from Photo9:)
