Absolute worst company going.
Do not order from these people I waited months for my order.
The date I needed to give the order passed by, far by and the email correspondence was terrible they also tried to black mail me telling me to delete the bad review so we can solve this issue. Awful do not recommend I would go out of my way to make sure people do not order from this shop.

I would give this a 0 star if I could avoid this company at all costs they will take your money and make you wait 1 month instead of 3-5 working days like it says on their website and the quality was rubbish and smelt so bad I would suggest going to another company to purchase this flower teddy!

I still have not received my order made on 28th Feb…I paid for delivery to arrive within 3-5 days. I have emailed and messaged on instagram with no luck. Since purchasing I have been receiving payment requests from my bank app of purchases I have not made. I BELIEVE THEY ARE FRAUDULENT DO NOT PURCHASE. Currently, dealing with the matter with my bank.

Nearly a year after my partner ordering from them we still haven't received the item or a refund. If we could rate less than 1 star we would. Customer service don't bother talking to you and are rude. They told us they sent it to the address which it turned out was over 40 miles away! And they then wouldn't do anything to rectify it. They also deleted my partners comment and previous review. Stay away from this company!

Product has never arrived ordered on 15th October and still isn't here and I am struggling to get a refund

Item ordered for Mother’s Day with express shipping. Two months later and the item has never arrived. Been chasing for a refund but they seem to now be ignoring my emails.

Awful service and starting to think they are a scam company.

Edit: Still no communication from the company and no item. Ended up initiating a chargeback with my bank and got the money refunded.

Very slow to deliver considering the story about having UK warehouses which is obviously fabricated!...the packaging was from China! That's why it took a month to arrive... The bear isn't real "forever roses" of the type sold by most people... it is made of foam... I don't doubt it took skill to make but that's not what you're insinuating you're selling. The gift box I paid extra for was flat packed, twisted and bent up so not much use. Overall not what I hoped I was getting for the money.

Looking over these reviews I would say it wouldn't shock me if a lot of them are not real customers. This is not the multinational company they lead you to believe on the website... just look it up on companies House.

I'm leaving 2* only because the bear is at least attractive I guess

Absolutely crap company, I wouldn't bother using this crappy store, it'll be a total waste of your time and money. I ordered a 50th Wedding Anniversary gift for my dying father to give to my mother, my father is in hospital and can't do anything for himself. I ordered the item on the 22nd of March, with the 3 to 5 day delivery. It's the 5th of April now, the Anniversary has been and gone and the item still hasn't arrived!!

I ordered flowers for the Mother’s Day on the 26/03 I payed express delivery same day or next day, till now I didn’t receive any flowers any updates about the order no one answered my email I don’t know how to cancel or refund I can’t find customer service number to call, it’s a big mistake ordering from this website.

It says 3 to 5 days delivery on their site, i ordered something for my mum on the 19th march, its now the 29th march, its still not here, i wanted it here for mothers day, i would avoid these if you can.

Just wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Have gone through the dispute procedure now with my bank and will be reporting this company to action fraud as they are literally robbing people. Disgusting.

Still no sign of my order. Avoid at all costs

I honestly think the good reviews on here are paid cause not a chance after reading the ones who’ve had the same experiance me, do I believe what the “good reviews” are writing. My partner ordered a rose bear & gift box on 23rd January for Valentine’s Day and it’s only arrived today (2nd march) it said on the site he would receive within 3-5 days. Never happened. He emailed the company several times with no response. On 13th February received a tracking number which said delivery would be attempted on the 17th at a sorting address at the other side of the country so deffinately agree with other reviews about fake tracking number - it’s arrived today, come from china so deffo not a 3-5 day delivery timescale, and also not matching the tracking number. The box he paid £15 for, is absolutely SHOCKING!!! Plastics all cloudy and bent, was meant to have a ribbon round, ribbon never arrived naturally. Shocking service, poor quality products would not recommend in the slightest. Hopefully people look at these reviews before ordering.

Avoid. Unfortunately my wife ordered through this company for valentines day. As you can imagine the item was never received. The tracking number only has one update that it is due to be sent. God knows when we will receive the item. I would avoid and not rely on this company to provide items in a timely manner.

Ordered something for Valentine’s Day on 4th Feb… said it promised delivery by the 14th … didn’t arrive.. Royal Mail tracking number provided … but couldn’t give a location as to when it was! Asked for a refund can’t even be bothered to reply to the emails

Don't buy from hear ordered products on the 26 Jan still not received it.

This is a Chinese company! and be warned i paid extra for delivery and it still took over a month to arrive, I then requested a refund on my expensive but cheaply made product and my emails were ignored.

DO NOT BUY from this company.
My order took 3 weeks to arrive, then to receive an item I did not order.
Tooks weeks to respond to my emails to then request I sent the item back and pay for the return.
Still not received my refund.
I urge you to not waste your money with this company.

They are liars and fraudulent. I emailed them my order number a month before their response when requested. Heard nothing and no refund. I contacted my bank who refunded me snd are pursuing them as they fraudulently kept my money.
Do not buy from them. Whilst the product looked good it arrived a month after the order smashed in very shoddy Packaging. No fragile labelling anywhere in thin polystyrene - no box at all - and a thin grey packing bag - no box - no bubble wrap / no padded packaging. Refund requested in full! After 2 weeks no refund. Think they are a fraudulent outfit. BEWARE. Do not buy from here. I had to get my money back from the bank in the end. my order number 9501 but don’t worry my bank have all the details and will pursue you direct. No good trying to con your way out if it with pointless lies posted in response
