Great Service When You Need it Most
My boiler was declared beyond repair in December 2025. I contacted PHP. They came out the same day to review the boiler, quoted the following day and a new boiler was installed a few days later. Matt, the installer, was reliable, tidy in the workspace, friendly and generally did an amazing job, including showing me boiler features on completion. Very happy with service from start to finish.

Excellent Service
I had an excellent experience with PHP Services, and I especially want to thank Matt for his outstanding work. From my very first phone call to the company, everything was handled quickly and professionally. Within just two hours, Matt arrived at my home, diagnosed the issue with my heating system, and replaced the faulty part on the spot.
I was really worried since our heating broke down in December and we have two young kids at home. But thanks to Matt’s prompt response and expertise, everything was back up and running in no time. The speed, efficiency, and friendliness were truly impressive.

We had two toilets with flushing problems, PHP sent Max who with replacement parts in hand repaired both systems only to come across another leaking problem which had no connection to the flushing. After accessing where it was located a new appointment was booked and with more parts was repaired all old parts were cleared and work surfaces cleaned. Done and dusted.. nice one Max.

Solid company
I have used PHP for a few years now and have always received exemplary service from them. They are always on time, message before they arrive and service my boiler within 30 minutes. A few years back I had an issue with my boiler, they came out and fixed the issue and put my boiler back together within 90 minutes! Thanks guys, look forward to seeing you again next year.
