Very slow to respond once the initial visit had taken place. I had to send multiple chasers for my plans to be sent over and for answers to our questions. Even the builder was assisting by chasing on my behalf. The whole process ended up so convoluted that the work never went ahead despite me paying for plans.
Ranny at PIBOB consulting did the structural calculations for our loft conversion and kitchen extension. Ranny and his colleagues have been extremely helpful through out, providing advise, completing the work quickly and being very patient. We also made a design change on our kitchen extension and Ranny was very accommodating of that. Thank you once again for everything. Callum
Ranny helped us with plans and drawings for a structural alteration to our home, removing a wall and putting in a beam. When he visited the site, he answered all my questions and turned around the plans quickly. I also appreciated his quick response when I had some questions once the work started. Recommended!

I had a project that was complicated by a difficult situation involving the property freeholder, and after a lot of searching came across PIBOB Consulting. Both Ranny and Krunal were highly professional, friendly and flexible in their approach. I would certainly recommend them, and would use their services again when required.
Krunal and Ranny were very pleasant to deal with, very professional, very responsive, and very timely with structural survey and report. We needed to demolish a wall that was part brick and part plastered. Krunal and Ranny were great in conducting an additional assessment to ensure that the wall was not structural. I am very happy with everything the team have done for me. I would recommend them without any reservations.
