8This has to be the worst possible company you could buy lighting from or as a customer service experience.

I had a client on a well paid interior design project insist on using Picadex lights for their design brief. Foolishly I agreed to do so in order to keep my client happy.

Picadex took my money and failed to deliver the products on time despite advertising themselves as a having a UK warehouse in Birmingham they ship from.. I can assure you they don't.

The product arrived damaged and needed to be replaced with myself paying for return shipping. I argued this as I had to pay out an additional £400 on replacement lighting in order to keep my client happy and avoid legal comeback.

A replacement was eventually sent and not wanted, I sent it back and requested several times for:

1. Their head of compliance contact details
2. Owner of MD's contact details
3. Confirmation of head office address to speak with someone in person

Everytime, I was stonewalled and gaslighted by anonymous customer service agents who refused to answer my questions despite my threats of legal action.

Having done research and spoken to my solicitor we discovered

1. Picadex's registered London address in Covent Garden is vacant and outdated
2. Picadex's Birmingham based warehouse is actually occupied by a Jetting company and not them.
3. The registered owner is Rachid Rouchdi who lives in Casablanca, Morocco.

In essence I am unable now to process and send legal documents seeking compensation as the actions are outside of the UK and at a substantial cost greater than the £400 lost on top of the mental stress this awful company caused me.

In essence I would urge all folk to avoid this company at all costs. Their items are poor quality, don't arrive on time and they do not have an ethical policy of communication with their customers choosing instead to hide behind anonymity and arrogance. An absolutely crooked company who obviously feel invincible.

I have reached out to Klarna and Clearpay who are doing their own investigations into them and looking to remove them from their vendors list.

I'm sure they will pop up as reply/footnote to this review offering to help and explain their circumstances. They are absolute liars and unethical in their customer charter.

Bottom Line - Avoid Picadex at all costs

Only gave 1 star as cant give none to put my view This company needs reporting to Trading Standards as it is falsely advertising goods that are different to what you think your buying Waited almost 4wks for goods that were inferior to description Avoid avoid avoid these scammers as many reports have said

Never received the item I purchased online. I have get to be refunded- utter nightmare of a company don’t use them

The goods are poor quality and nothing like advertised. They advertise as a UK based company they are not, it turns out they are a Chinese drop shipping company. It states easy 31 day returns it is not easy to return the items and also not advertised that if you do want to return they want the item returned internationally to China and the returns cost to be paid by the customer. This is not stated.

Scam. Received goods that were nothing like advertised. Took ages for item to arrive, to ages for refund. Don't believe anything you see about 5star ratings. It's all bull.

Not convinced it’s a real company! Waited since Feb 28th and no item and the tracking tells me apparently delivery was unsuccessful however I work from home every day? Scam company. Paid £60 for no goods

I can say that I was very happy with the service I received and my beautiful mirror .
It was delivered when they said it would be delivered. It works perfect and looks lovely on my chest of drawers
. The packaging around the mirror was very good , I got in touch with the company via email regarding the delivery date and got a reply . Such good customer service I was so pleased with the service I emailed them directly to show my thanks and gratitude . I wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again,

Stated next day dispatch - tracking doesn't work - worst of all, the number on their website and facebook page is fake. Scam - do not buy.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I am only giving 1 star as there's no provision to give none. What a horrendous company to deal with. After over 3 weeks of placing my order and still not receiving it l have kissed goodbye to any chance of getting it. Picadex have also refused to refund my money as they maintain they posted it and it seems it's "not their fault I haven't received it" Please Please NEVER shop with this company EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a light up mirror from Picadex.com. I can honestly say it was the BEST customer service experience I have EVER received from any company. The item arrived from overseas, not the UK, but that said, it was trackable, quick and reliable. The mirror itself was absolutely perfect, packed well, and just beautiful. I initially received the wrong colour but after sending an email I received an almost instantaneous reply, stating that they would send me the correct one, and true to their word, 10 days later I received it. The communication was above and beyond and I felt very valued as a customer. I'm not sure if I was just lucky, reading the reviews here, but I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as I'm delighted with my purchase and would use again.

Scam, Scam, Scam!. If you try to return an item you will have to fork out a massive amount of money as you will have to post it back to China!. Try ringing the telephone number it never connects as the number is fake. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company as if you have any issues it will be your tough luck! AVOID!!!!!!

I returned the lights purchased in early August 2025, a few days later in August 2025. I paid nearly £10 for recorded delivery and today, on the 27th January 2027 I'm still waiting for my refund. I even wrote to their CEO/ MD whatever the title, and he was useless too. Please refrain from buying anything from Picadex, their refund policy is just an oily promise.

This company also trade under Picadex. Everything is false on their site. They take your money, promise next day delivery and then you never hear from them again. The number on the website again is false and no reply.

They don't have any stock and re acting totally fraudulently.

A lucky escape. I ordered 5* reviewed, battery operated lights £119, I enquired about the ‘1st order 10% bonus’ and they immediately credited my card. Good start! Then the weird wind up journey started. Agree with others here, dud location, incorrect postage time, but I managed to get a tracking number, this amused and confused me, odd wording; Measuring, ‘ed from hubs’, airports in/out, I thought it was UK based. Comms= what’s App, I did ask if it was AI, which they denied said it was, ‘US’ ?! Never a person to speak to, their web mobile went straight to WA.
The lights arrived 3 weeks late in a scruffy box, no packing, just loose, no receipt, no instructions. When I told them they posted a screen shot of these with, ‘this may help dear’.
I asked for a refund, got pushed back and offered instead 20% refund and keep them?! I quoted trading standards, they were cheap fittings. Then I looked at these ‘Pomadex’ reviews, their web ones are fake. Then companies house owner is Moroccan and looks like accounts are in trouble. So I did get my product, they did communicate with me but no chance I will get a replacement or refund. I blocked them and put it down to a lucky escape.

dont know what to say after reading other's review. i only wished i could have done that before placing an order. sums it up. they are scam store and best way to sort it is not to buy from them, (you will never receive your purchased item) and just send screenshots of all the reviews here to your bank to support your fraud dispute and thats all

Great LED lighting products! The only issue I have had with this company is that if you want to return a product you have to return it to China! They offered only 20% of the price to keep the product and that has not materialised either. My concern now is if my purchases develop a fault will they replace the item or refund me? Such a shame that they have fallen down with their return policy and haven't been honest about it. I don't call easy returns returning to China! As far as I'm concerned they are the cat and we as customers are the mice! And they seem to be entertained by this because they know there's pretty much little we can do about it. Also who is writing their reviews ? There's nowhere you can leave one? Yet they have over 5000 all positive?

Firstly my order came and was wall lights, I ordered a light up mirror. Then trying to get a response even though the website says 48 hours it took longer. I rang multiple times no answer. I finally raised a dispute through my payment method and they responded very quick. It took forever to come despite it saying it comes from the UK my tracking came from abroad. They then said they tried to deliver it but no one was in even though both me and my partner were and the tracking said to get in contact with the courier but the couriers they state on the website they use did not recognise the tracking. Then since all this they have harassed me to close the dispute despite and email saying the dispute it now closed (now I have the correct product and confirms it does work, not sure how long for!). They are awful and definitely not products from the UK warehouse. So unprofessional and delivery is guaranteed on the website yet mine took much longer to come and come correctly. Says on there website rated excellent on trustpilot but clearly they aren’t. Would avoid unless you want stress and harassment. I wish I could attach screenshots to this.

Picadex Dreadful company, wish I had read reviews before I bought. Item took over 3 weeks to arrive despite stating guaranteed 5 day delivery from uk warehouse. It came from HK. They never pick up the phone just messages. And you have to pay for returns.

Cheap Chinese made goods being sold at highly inflated prices with lots of false statements on their website.

Never arrived.
Dreadful.
Avoid at all cost.
Disgusting customer service.
Cannot speak to anyone.
Managed to get a refund via Klarna.

Do not order from this company.. their customer service is shameful. There is no way to actually speak to anybody and you certainly can’t return your purchases for a refund.. I have sent 3 emails, filled there online form and also used WA to no avail. They are quick to take your money that’s about it- utterly disgusting Do not buy from them a total scam
