Pictures all have some grain
Pictures all have some grain, which is probably just a reality of the medium. Would be nice to know how faithful products will be to original.
That said I don’t see these as use for professional applications but seem good for family gifts

The quality was not what I have gotten in the past. The back of the pictures has a lot of extra material and the pictures are blurry!

The Mug turned out well, the picture was clear and centered perfectly. The gift was for Mothers Day, I ordered on May 7th, however it took until 5/17 to receive, thus the 4 stars. I am sure it was due to the chosen shipper. I would order again :)
