Amazing platform, some downsides but overall great!
Greta platform, downside I have to say is payouts take a little bit on the longer side than would be necessary. Other than that upload quality is great, only problems I encountered is some of my images it states are "over edited" so I cannot sell those images unfortunately, yet they are some of my best images I have captured.

On payouts, we aim to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible. It can take up to 14 days, but many requests are processed much faster, often within 24-48 hours. Please note that larger withdrawals can occasionally take a little longer to process. If you have any outstanding payments you'd like to chase up, please feel free to email the team at hello@picfair.com.
On the “over edited” images, we completely understand how frustrating that can feel, especially if they’re some of your strongest work. We’re always happy to take a second look. If you drop us a message with the specific images you believe shouldn't have been rejected, we can review them again for you.

Very misleading as it let my originally choose the basic, but didn't let me know I wouldn't be able to publish my page on the basic account.

Picfair offers a free plan so photographers can upload images, build their store and get a sense of how it works, but publishing the store so it’s live and able to sell is part of Picfair Plus. This is outlined during the plan selection process, though we appreciate it may not have felt clear at the point you chose your plan.
The intention is to let you explore the platform and prepare your work before deciding whether to publish and start selling. We’ll take your feedback on board as we continue improving how this is communicated.

Very easy and intuitive platform
Very easy and intuitive platform to use. I’ve trialed other platforms and they require a Stripe account and an account with WHCC for example. Picfair handles all of that stuff so that I can focus on my photography.

I have been using Picfair for a couple of years, I was frustrated initially, but I must say they continually improve the service and have especially over the last year made it very easy to use. I’m very happy with the service they provide and suits my needs perfectly.

Waste of money not user friendly
Waste of money not user friendly. Didn't make any sense and I never could find my supposed profile when searching for it. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Cant get my money back even tho I cancelled the subscription 3 days later smh. Not one inquiry the 2 months my supposedly

Picfair is designed to give photographers the tools to create and run their own online store, rather than operating as a traditional marketplace where images are automatically surfaced to buyers. Because of this, success often depends on how photographers promote their store and portfolio.
Regarding refunds, our subscription terms explain that we generally do not provide refunds once a subscription has started. However, users can cancel at any time through their account settings to prevent future renewals.
