Great customer service
When the wrong coloured paddle was sent to me, the company rectified the mistake as soon as I rang them and I received my new paddle in plenty of time to get used to it before the Ulster Open 2026, plus a postage paid label to return the incorrect one.

Easy 5 stars. We have bought a few items now and every single time it’s been a slick process. It’s not only about price, information and accurate updates all the way. Well packaged and exactly as described. Highly recommend. Also had the immense pleasure of meeting Harold in Portugal. Super person and a brilliant teacher, talent oozes out of him!
