המון תודות על קביעת התור. תור נקבע במועד מבוקש.

פתרון גאוני! אחלה שירות, מצאו לי תור קרוב תיק תק

למרות שקיבלתי די מהר תאריך למשרד הפנים
בטווח התאריכים שביקשתי לצערי לא היתה לי אפשרות להחליף יום ...רק עם תשלום תרומה נוסף, חבל שפרט כזה חשוב "לא ניתן
לשנות מועד ביקור שנקבע"

האם השירות נסגר? בעת ניסיון הרשמה כותב שהתרחשה שגיאה בעת שליחת הטופס.

כיון שניסיתי לקבוע עוד תור חינמי לאחת הבנות לתאריך רחוק, עם תז שונה אבל אותו מספר סלולרי, נדרס לי התור המהיר ששילמתי עליו 200₪ ונקבע לי תור לאוגוסט שלא רלוונטי לי…!!!
עכשיו אני צריכה לחכות בתור בלי יכולת קידום וזה לא לעניין

הייתי במשרד הפנים וקיבלתי את הדרכון
מודה מאוד למי שיצר את השירות המעולה והחינמי
Two weeks after I registered easily on Picktime's website
I received a message that they managed to make an appointment for me for two more days
And after a few hours I received a message from the Ministry of the Interior
with all the details for the scheduled appointment
I was at the Ministry of the Interior and received the passport

קיבלתי את המייל שעה לפני התור. ולא הייתי באיזור:(

אחלה שירות. נרשמתי בחמישי בערב. בשישי בבוקר כבר קיבלתי הודעה מרשות האוכלוסין על תור שנקבע לי לראשון בבוקר. הכל תקתק, גם בלשכה נכנסנו תוך שנייה בלי לחכות בכלל. לא ייאמן שאנחנו כבר אחרי.

את המשוב אוכל לתת אחרי שאקבל הודעה שהתור שנקבע הוא סופי. אחרת הכסף ששילמתי זרקתי לפח.

תודה רבה על שינוי אדיב ומהיר.
חבל שהגענו למצב בו אני צריכים לשלם סכום גדול כדי לקבל דרכון.

תודה ימלך תוך יום קיבלתי תור בדיוק ל6 שבועות לפני הטיסה בהתחלה חשבתי זה סתם סקאם אבל אתה בן אדם אמין שווה כל שקל

שילמתי על תור משפחתי קיבלתי 2 תורים נפרדים
בנוסף שילמתי על עצמי ולא קיבלתי לעצמי תור בכלל

Got an appointment in 1w! amazing.
Some inputs -
1. updating your details acts funky, like you are re-registering. also if you are cancelling the details update the platform says you haven't finished your registration.
2. I would suggest mentioning that appointments are generally supporting updating your passport to biometric one. In the official gov.il site this appointment is differentiated, so it was unclear if I would face any problems with the appointment I got regarding this need.
3. The "specific dates" appointment is still pretty confusing, even with the instructions on why to choose it. I started with this property and as I got close to the end of the time period I chose, it was unclear what will happen to my appointment priority - when I cross the timeframe is the search for my appointment cancelled? will it still try to find me a time slot after the end date I declared? at the end I reverted to "normal" mode after getting worried.

עובד מצוין בממוצע קיבלתי תור ללשכה באשדוד תוך כמה שבועות בודדים כל פעם שהיה לי או למשפחתי צורך.
לא ניסיתי את האופציה בתשלום אבל הבנתי מחברים שזה שווה למי שצריך תור בדחיפות גבוהה.
