Paid for multiple entry, Got a single entry visa
It is my first time to apply for a Schengen visa, however they did not give me the right advice as to which kind of visa I should apply that I would most likely get approved of. So I paid for multiple entry visa only to be disappointed as I only got a single-entry visa. Pick Visa explained that it’s because I’m a first time applicant so the embassy didn’t give me a multiple entry- which is not fair because if Pick Visa knew this is the case, why they still encouraged me to apply for a multiple entry. I feel bad that I wasted my money for a multiple entry visa only to get a single entry visa.

Great site, good process, poor customer service
The site is overall easy to use, the cost is reasonable and the turnaround was great! But when I had challenges with one part of the site, the chat line was a bot that didn’t address my issues and nor did the follow up emails. I had to work and work to figure it out myself, but I finally did and then it worked quite well!
