It has taken almost a week to have my frame ready for shipping, I ordered it on 4/10 and just got notification from UPS it is ready for pickup. Seems like a long period of time to me.

It was easy to order the canvas floating frame I needed for a mosaic project of mine that looks like a quality frame and is priced quite reasonably with reasonable shipping time and cost

I ordered 3 picture frames. Two were the right size, one wasn't even close. I loved the fact that you could customize the size. They are good quality, and easy to assemble. I was very disappointed with the fact that it was literally impossible to line up all the corners. I spent at least an hour tightening and loosening the screws, trying to get corners to line up decently. I still had big gaps. Not at all happy with finished product.

I ordered a 16" x 12" frame, not a 5" x 7" frame.

The frame was excellant quality and packed well. I recieved the frame promptly.

All of the frames arrived as ordered, however none of the mitered corners met correctly leaving a gap. Very disappointing. I can send a picture ...

Our frame arrived slightly but meaningfully out of square.
I sent an email with some photos and received an immediate reply that my experience was not acceptable to the company and quick as can be, a beautiful, perfect replacement frame was at our doorstep.
I was so impressed with their response, I ordered another, slightly smaller frame for another piece and await its arrival, too.

Compared to other web sites which sell frames, the pictureframes.com site is easier to find the desired frame. I like dropping in your picture as a preview.
I was surprised to see the acrylic glass, backing and the clips suggesting that most people buy this frame for award certificates and such, whereas I wanted it for an oil painting, and threw the acrylic sheet away. Perhaps offer with or without the acrylic sheet & clips. I wouldn't mind a lower price.
