The Renegade Pants from Marcus Pierce were a huge disappointment. The fabric felt cheap, nothing like the description or photos, and the sizing was completely off—it did not fit any of the “all body t... Ver mais

BEWARE! SUSPECTED SCAM
Agree. Must be a scam as nowhere can I find any address!
Cowboys
Cowboys, total rip off, don't touch them with a barge pole..
Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague. Scam company.
They are not based in the UK and there is no shop closing down (every day), there never was a shop.
They are based in China.
I ordered some boots. Aside from they did not look like the advertised boots, they were cheap and very poorly made, the chemical smell was so bad they had to go outside.
If it looks too good to be true, then generally it is. If I had checked Trustpilot first, I would not have bought them in the first place.
I did offer to return them to London, but as they don't exist, I couldn't.
After a flurry of emails, they did refund me 40% of the cost, so some credit is due to them, but, there is no way I am wearing these.
Oddly enough the same boots are on many other scam shop websites, all closing down every day or massive discount. Many have fake Trustpilot reviews.
Don't buy, you will be very disappointed.
Scam site, but got refunded!
Fell for this scam as everyone has stated, should've read the reviews first.
However, contacted them the same day I placed an order telling them I wanted to cancel. They offered me 15% discount to keep the order going. Declined and said I wanted a refund.
Order was cancelled and refund was processed within 24 hours.
Overall very happy, but I would've been disappointed if I'd waited for the goods to arrive based on the reviews.
I certainly won't be buying from sites advertised on social media in future without doing proper research.
Got away lucky this time. Hope anyone else reads this and gets their money back!
Complete con
Stay clear, these are cheap, low quality shoes from the far east and not the traditional London based store that the ads portray. I ordered a UK 14 and what I received was the equivalent of a UK size 12 after 7 weeks of waiting. Customer services was adamant that they'd fulfilled my order correctly and any return to their Asian distribution centre would be at my cost. Eventually cut my losses and took a 60% refund, shoes are now in a charity collection. Avoid at all costs
A Con
A Con
terrible quality... nothing like advertised.
Disgraceful!!
Facebook advert states
Facebook advert states - "We are clearing out all of our handcrafted men's leather shoes."
I ordered Denzel/ Men's Leather Sneakers and paid £44.95.
They arrived 4 weeks later in a plastic bag showing they were made in Gongqing City China - the bag shows: Upper = Synthetic. They look like they are worth £5.99.
The "team" have offered me a "20% refund" and said I can keep them.
The company return policy says:
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
I have told them I do not want to keep them and want a full refund immediately.
I look forward to their response.
And will confirm outcome when available.
Scam
Waited 5 weeks for this package. Wish I had read reviews first. Received items and one not even a jumper but printed material to be made look like a jumper. Read the reviews
Scam/fraud website
Scam/fraud website
same experience as others, poor quality, offering partial refund
Raised with my credit card provider, received refund via them
Garment quality is poor, item is not as described, organizing return/refund is a nightmare
I ordered/paid for a black "Amber" sweater on the 17th January 2025 - described as being soft and cozy for all-day wear, ideal for cooler days.
After much chasing it took nearly 6 weeks to arrive (arrived 26th February 2025).
Upon receipt the quality is terrible - its a thin top produced in China, not labelled - it is 100% NOT a sweater!
Its now proving impossible to organize a return and full refund, even though the garment received is in no way what they are selling on their website.
Statements on their website regarding 24 delivery in the UK and "30 days Money-Back Guaranteed" are simply not true. Emails have gone back and forth with Pierce and Harrison trying to avoid a full refund, even suggesting a minimal refund and that I should give the item received to a friend. It should NOT be this hard to return an item & it is not my fault that they manufacture & ship from China, which is totally invisible. I would not have ordered if this was visible to potential buyers.
The latest is that the cost of return (to China) has to be paid by me. Taking into consideration the time involved to arrival, the garment being poor quality & incorrectly described on their website I don't believe that customers should have to bear this cost, or protract the refund timeframe even further. God knows when the refund (item wasn't cheap) will come through - if ever!
God knows if the company owners are Eleanor Pierce and Florence Harrison? ... what's being sent out and the associated levels of customers service DO NOT tie with their brand ethos that supposedly stands for sophistication, craftsmanship, and a love for style.
BIG SCAM COMPNAY Here
BIG SCAM COMPNAY Here
i ordered a nice chunky ladies cardigan got a cheap tatty top
numerous emails back and forth getting no where so i will contact the fraud police and start court proceeding...I've won two court cares in the past from scam companies..don't be scared to do this buyers
Horrendous ......
Well at least I received something! However the 'something' was a horrendous cheap man made fibre jumper printed to look like a knit! I wish I could attach a photo to show you I put it down to experience and will be less gullible in future.
A SCAM. AVOID
A SCAM. RUN A MILE. The product photos look great (AI), the items you receive are made with cheap materials and construction, the boots smelt of fresh glue, but have no support and look nothing like the pictures and would probably last a day. Same story for clothing. The two old ladies and their 'backstory' do not exist. The URL was set up in January, not 20 years ago. A slick SCAM and I suspect the is also there doing: lilyandlaurent-montreal dot com because some of the images (AI?) are identical.
Product was not as described
Product was not as described - hand stitched leather shoes were ordered, we were sent badly made plastic shoes at a cost of £50. We have emailed them twice for a refund and had no reply. Don't touch this company !
Avoid these con men like the plague
Avoid these con men like the plague ! What you order is not what you get. The product that arrives 5 weeks after ordering is a pair of £3 boots from china as the wrapper had the Chinese writing still on it and the boots look nothing like the picture on their website.
Absolute con
The foot wear shown on their web site misrepresents the cheap sabby plastic rubbish that turns up. This is the normal Chinese company that needs outing and the sites that support their products should be band and trading standards dealing with them
What arrives is not what you see in the…
What arrives is not what you see in the photos or description. Woolen jumpers are in fact nasty printed fabric. Fit for nothing other than cleaning rags. Disgraceful business practice, they should be ashamed of themselves.
AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS
AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS
These are utter rubbish dropped shipped from China. The boots I ordered are too small, arrived in a bag with no protection or box and no invouce copy etc. Customer services simply ignore you.
These invitation leather with blown plastic soles you couldn't find a cheaper made or more inferior product if you tried . They use miss leading adverts and simply just con you Avoid at all costs

I fell for this scam after seeing an advert through a connection on LinkedIn. Do not buy from this web site. It is a drop shipping site, selling junk from China a massively inflated prices. I got a £5 pair of boots and paid £59 for them.
Not even with a one star
Not even worth a one star. The jumper arrived after 25 days and has a big hole in the sleeve. It was supposed to extra large, would not even go over my head and I an a16UK. It is a big scam. Someone stop them now. They should not be on Insta..
