Handmade in Amsterdam
Every piece of jewelry we create is carefully crafted by the skilled hands of our Pig & Hen artisans in Amsterdam. They honour our story and heritage by creating jewelry that is as durable and resilient as the brave Dutch sailors who inspired them.
Story behind the name
In the early 1600s, Dutch explorers set sail to unknown parts of the world, eventually boasting the largest naval fleet on Earth. To protect themselves from bad luck, mariners inked tattoos of a pig and a hen on their feet because crates of pigs and hens were oftentimes the only items left floating after a shipwreck. The sailors believed a pig and hen tattoo would help them not only survive the strongest of storms, but also allow them to float back safely to their beloved homeland.
About Pig & Hen
Pig & Hen is a bold and refined Dutch jewelry brand that combines sustainability with unique design.
Our handmade jewelry is crafted in Amsterdam from premium and sustainable marine rope, stainless steel and gemstones, ensuring that each piece can withstand all weather conditions and last a lifetime.
You can find our jewelry in our online store, our Amsterdam flagship store, and 1400 global resellers, ensuring accessibility for those who value quality, durability, and style.
Our designs are inspired by the rugged and enduring nature of our materials, and we strive to create pieces that are as unique as the individuals who wear them.

Very happy, very good quality bracelet
I was looking for a bracelet since a long time until I fell on this brand.
I received the item with the size I choosen, but it was not fitting to me (too large) despite the ruler provided.
So I simply applied the return and replace process, and got a smaller one very quickly.
Quality and service are perfect. Thank you

Delivered in 24h and a beautiful bracelet. Just pay attention to size for this particular bracelet. Although your wrist might fit for an M, if you have very big hands the M will be difficult /impossible to get over the hand

Top!
