One of the best cleaning company and they are reliable

Extremely unprofessional and stressful experience!!

I had booked an end of tenancy clean 2 weeks in advance with clear specifications, even sent them photos of the flat beforehand and provided a ladder in case they needed it for the windows.

Less than 24 hours before, I was told the cleaner would arrive 2 hours late. Despite assurances that two cleaners would attend, one left early, leaving the other to finish alone- resulting in the clean ending nearly 2 hours late. I was charged a late checkout fee and a fee because the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly as a result.

They were rude, uncooperative, and created a hostile environment. Most shockingly, they illegally recorded our phone call and filmed me without consent, threatening to use it as “evidence.”

After receiving multiple calls, messages and threats of legal action. I paid in full only because they refused any compensation and became increasingly aggressive. Avoid at all costs.

Initially, Pikwell were quick and responsive in organising my cleaning and offered a good rate.
The cleaning itself was not great. The carpeted areas were not vacuumed, the widows and backsplash were left dirtier than prior to cleaning. It looked like the cleaner had used a dirty rag to clean them.
Pikwell did agree to reclean the property after I brought the poor cleaning to the attention. They were not as responsive as they were initially to get the contract.

Great clean. Landlord was happy with the end of tenancy clean also. Got our deposit back so everything went well.

Cleaner came on time, finished on time. Left the place spotless. Very much appreciated
