Outstanding customer service
I found out by chance that my regular sachet supplier was restructuring and wouldn't be able to guarantee that my tablets would be sorted. As I've only got one hand, the original packaging is very challenging for me. I reached out to Pillcare to see if they could help and I've been very impressed with their customer service. They responded to my emails really quickly, set things up and I've received my meds (20 tablets per day) , in pouches just 4 days later. Highly recommended.

Absolute Joke of a company
Awful company. Signed up to Pillcare and ended up with a company called Healthera? Who then sent my prescription to Deryks Pharmacy in Southend and truly awful shop!
Deryks Pharmacy sent me tablets and not sachets. When I queried it with they they said they don’t do them but if I wanted blisters packs it would be £15. After a lot of calls backwards and forwards they agreed to free blister packs.
Month 2, boxes of tablets arrived again. Phoned Deryks Pharmacy, again went through same rigmarole and they agreed to blister packs for next month.
Month 3. Boxes of tablets arrived again. Put through to pharmacy spoke to the pharmacist who insisted that I paid £15 for blister packs again.
Absolute joke. I suffer badly from arthritis, live alone and have found them totally uncaring and thoroughly inept!
Do not use Pillcare, Healthera or Deryks Pharmacy !

However, just to clarify: we at PillCare did not handle your prescription or provide any direct service to you. It appears your order was managed entirely by another pharmacy (Deryks Pharmacy) via the Healthera platform. PillCare has no connection to Deryks Pharmacy or Healthera’s ordering and dispensing arrangements.
We understand how confusing this can be. Many online platforms allow patients to select different dispensing pharmacies, and unfortunately it seems there was a misunderstanding about which pharmacy would fulfil your request for medication pouches.

Easy to use, great customer service
I've been using pillcare for 3 months now. It's such a brilliant idea with the pouches, I have 5 pouches per day and it really helps to keep me organised.

When you're on a silly amount of daily meds, Pouched pills are an absolute game changer. Since Simple Online Pharmacy stopped dealing with NHS prescriptions and PillTime were beyond useless, I didn't hold out much hope. That said I am on my second batch from PillCare and haven't had any issue. Everything is dealt with on WhatsApp which is great for me and they have also helped with issues with the surgery.
All in all a fantastic service, long may it continue.

Good service & easy
This is my 3rd pill pouching service pharmacy and by far the best. The first could not tailor to my needs and kept on producing 4 pouches per day. I just want 2 per day. Morning & evening simple as that. They started to miss pouch meds and then not arriving in time and I had run out.
The second started off well and then service plummeted. I moved before they went bust!
So I'm now with PillCare for a year and it's been great. Now they have adopted automatic ordering. So I don't need to even request a prescription from my GP. 2 pouches per day and on time. I have brought my mums medication over to them as she has 25pills a day.

Pouched meds are a massive convenience and time saver for me. Frequently working away and travelling for pleasure. I persevered with another provider for too long. Frequently frustrated by their 'just in time' way of working and debatable attitude to customer service. This lot, so far, knock them for six. I'm delighted.

I swapped to pillcare from another…
I swapped to pillcare from another pouching service and I am delighted. I swapped because of poor customer care and constant items missing so prescription became out of date.
Pillcare are promp. They call you with any queries and they have managed to pouch almost all of my tablets! I am thrilled. Highly recommend. Don't hesitate.
