I love Pillo1 and have been sleeping on the Pillo1 original pillow design for about 12 years! You have to naturally replace it every few years and I just got my new one and love it!! The neck and head support is unmatched. I also bring it with me whenever I travel! I highly recommend for anyone who wants a comfortable pillow and especially if you need neck/back support. I also love that it’s made of eco-friendly materials and just so comfortable. You can sleep on your back or sides. I can’t imagine being without it! It’s definitely worth the investment for your neck and sleep health!

Dr Hall and his coworkers' prompt, hands-on customer service is enviable. I'll be trying the original Pillo1 tonight but have no doubt that Halls mastery will be worth the investment compared to the gimmicky (dubious) alternatives that flood the internet. It took me several days to identify Pillo1 as a real McCoy. Kudos.

I have tried so many of these pillows, but this is the only one that seems to work pretty well. I haven’t been using it very long, only a few days, but it seems to be helping. Most of the pillows are too much under my neck and would cause me to have a headache. This one seems really good.

I cancelled my order. I was told that my PayPal account would be credited and after two weeks I followed up. They jumped on it then.

I own a Pillo already and am happy with it.

For some reason even after buying two in the past, I wasn't able to purchase it in Canada. I sent an email to customer service and they fixed it so I could input my shipping address as in Canada, and everything worked fine. I've been using the pillow for about a decade, best pillow for sleeping on your back with a CPAP machine. Very comfortable and supportive.

I had a question and was able to talk with Dr. Hall and it was a great experience! Excited for what's to come. :-)

Have been using PILLO1 for the last 10 years!i have bought around 6 pillow in total for my and family members.
It is the Only pillow that hold my neck in the right position ( straight) allowing me to sleep face up. the foam is smooth and adjust well… love it! I even travel with it, I weight -132 lbs ans use the small size to keep my neck low, medium was a big high for my neck . Love it! 😍

Talked to Dr. HAll himself about replacing a pillow. We have 6 of these and love them! Have had the one I'm replacing for years.

Best pillow ever. Just dont understand why I paid for express shipping when the pillow arrived way after that🤔

The website is user friendly.

This is one of the best made pillows for comfort for neck pain. I have had one of these pillows since 2009. Worth every penny , you will not regret buying this.

The delivery service was good. I love this Pillo1. I may have to buy another one at some point. But if I do, I sure would like a discount

My dog got ahold of my first Pillo1 and tore it up. I tried another brand unsatisfied. I finally bought a new Pillo1 and had the best nights sleep. woke up with no neck and shoulder pain. It’s expensive but the pain reliefs you get is sooo worth it

After getting headaches I began searching for a better pillow and have tried numerous from high end bed and back stores, Nordstrom, Costco, Home Goods... Of them all the Pillo1 has the best ergonomics. Very thoughtful shoulder accommodations.

I called with a question and Dr. Hall recommended the latex option. Other memory foams gave me headaches, but this does not. I woke up less than half as often as I normally do in the middle of the night, and my wife reported I did not snore like usual.

No off gassing or odd smells like some others. Also unlike some others, there is a return policy so you can try without unreasonable risk. You pay return shipping which strikes me as fair.

The cover is OK but not the industry best like the ergonomic design is.

I am curious about the gel infused fill option and may order another to compare. One of these will be a keeper.

Because we live in Taiwan, shipping to Taiwan was originally not available on the official website. I initially planned to use a third-party warehouse to forward the pillow to Taiwan. However, after contacting customer service to confirm the package dimensions, they very kindly helped us check the website’s shipping settings and made it possible for us to order directly from the official site with delivery straight to Taiwan. Throughout the process, the service staff answered every question promptly and enthusiastically. Their customer service was excellent, and it was clear that they genuinely love their work and their products.

Perfect pillow. Took me 3 nights to adjust but it's officially my favorite of all time. From a side and stomach sleeper whose shoulders were hurting with other pillows.

My husband has had Dr Hall ‘s pillo for a very long time, not allowing for any new fangled alternative. It has finally shown irreparable signs of wear. Didn’t realize they were still available. Just wasn’t sure what version (luxury vs memory foam) matched what he’s had so hopefully it’s comparable as the Pillo is all he wants to sleep on. It’s a Christmas gift so hopefully it will arrive in time.
