We stayed for group of friends gathering to celebrate a 50th birthday in January and we couldn’t have been happier with location of accommodation.
The apartment was situated on a Main Street near to shops and bars and restaurants so we had everything within a few footsteps (even in heels)
The beds were comfy, and all accommodation was made to make them singles where they could be, the rooms were spacious and could have fit way more beds in but the owners had kept the place classy and not aimed at that market.
We found that it had everything we needed despite packing washing up liquid and things we didn’t expect to have supplied, they were already there. I know my group of friends were sad we couldn’t stay for longer and as each of us left said they would return in a flash and we should make it an an annual event! And we would not hesitate to stay at Lytham Lodge using Pillow Partners. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ deservingly!

A very well refurbished hotel with friendly staff. Excellent value with TPIW vouchers but standard prices are also very reasonable.

This was a great find! The house is clean, central to train station, close proximity to the airport, and really comfortable. It has everything you need for a stay. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk, it has a fully functional kitchen to cook also.
The TV has Netflix, there is free WiFi. We had a really enjoyable stay.

Awful company to deal with, The property we booked with was dirty, and they finally agreed to refund the £120 cleaning fee.
This was meant to have been issued 12 days ago and still hasn't been. I've been back and forth with them. Liz provided a screenshot of a refund which didn't even match my bank details. When I contacted booking.com directly they said they had, had no correspondence from Pillow Partners regarding a refund. Pillow Partners then provided a ARN number for my bank to track the refund. My bank have confirmed that there is no trace of this transaction on my account, meaning they have not issued the refund they promised or are that incompetent that they haven't issued it correctly or to the right person.
If this is not resolved today, then I will be submitting a claim to PayPal for the full £630 booking cost, as the standard of the property and the service they have provided so far has been horrendous. Would highly advise anyone to avoid using this company.

In response to Pillow Partners, Booking.com issued the refund on the 13th of January, which then took a further 5 days to clear into my bank. Pillow Partners only actually instructed Booking.com to refund the money on the 12th of January. So it is not a delay in processing or anything like that, it's the fact that Pillow Partners didn't actually tell booking.com to refund me until they could be bothered to. If you see a pillow partners property through any website I'd advise avoiding them. And based on other reviews, I'm not the only person to have issues with how clean their properties are. And you'll notice in their response not once did they acknowledge how dirty the property was or the lack of basic things.

There’s a saying “Never Judge The Book By It’s Cover. When we approached the entrance to the Airbnb we assumed it was going to be small, but when we opened the door we were greeted with a welcoming surprised, very spacious and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. Well equipped with everything needed in a home. Thank you for allowing us to rent this home away from home. Thank you again.

Finding a nice apartment to stay in Glasgow became super easy after meeting Pillow Partner. The location of the apartment was amazing. The apartment itself was super nicely equipped and decorated. When I arrived the heating was not working and they fixed inmediately. Later I have a problem with the washing machine and also they change it within the following days. I will definetiley rent back with them

The accommodation was perfect for what we wanted for a 3 day break. We had a few minor issues that were resolved really promptly so service was great.
I would use again for sure !

Great stay at station apartments. The apartment was clean, spacious and just what we needed. The location was also perfect, 5 minutes off the motorway and 2 minutes from the local shops and train station. Will definitely be booking again

The accommodation is in very poor repair. There is no care or thought that goes into the service. They charge a £150 security deposit so you have to spend your break away sending messages listing and evidencing all the existing damage so you don’t lose your deposit!
Used tissues found in one bed. Two different entry codes sent on different messages which was unhelpful.
Leaking bedroom ceiling. If it was my company I would be ashamed to be linked to this property and those that manage it.
Paid £420 for a 2 night stay so expecting decent and pleasant at least , I wouldn’t pay that figure as a monthly rent for that place. After many emails I was offered a £50 refund and that was down to having water leak onto us when we were in bed! Where is the care ?

Would not recommend this property,turned up for New Year & walked into the property not being cleaned got in touch with the owner to say she thinks there coming to clean this was 4’oclock she then asked could we go out for food & someone will come in & clean, returned 2 hours later to only beds being made nothing else done & all the dirty laundry on the mater bedroom floor,we left immediately & asked for a full refund which they have not hesitated to do but money is still pending,great start to our New Year ☹️

Great location. Shops and restaurants right downstairs. Flat is modern and new with good kitchen and bathrooms. Bedrooms a little noisy in the morning

The whole process from booking to getting access to the flat was straightforward and worked well.
The flat was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay although we found the mattress on the double bed was a bit too hard for us!

Sorry to say but it was a very bad experience first of all i have arrived at the property late night i try to put the code and open the key box code was wrong called the customer service they said the is right after 1 and half hour I called again to ask then they give me multiple codes 1 was right. Wen i enter the property not much cleaning bathroom toilet seat was broken there was no lock at the toilet bed sheets was dirty and the floor was very noisy could not sleep properly. There was alot issue i have take the pictures and sent email to pillow partner at same night no response.
