This company is a SCAM! ordered in February and no pillow. Website is now saying ‘opening soon’ and phone line is just a recorded message. Used charge back from my bank to get my money back.

Disputing our money back

Ordered a pillow the beginning of Feb and it did not turn up. Emailed to ask about the order with no response and then went to the website which was closed. I found out they had closed the company- no communication with its customers. They recommended to refund through our card provider which we have done and Pillow World are now disputing the claim with our bank - awful company. First they give no communication they have gone out of business, then they advise how to get your money back and then they dispute you trying!!

Terrible company!

I ordered a pillow on 5th Feb 26 and after receiving numerous emails stating my delivery had been delayed I finally received one to say my order was on track. But still never received anything. I tried emailing them to find out when delivery would be but received no response. When I tried to go on their website it was closed! Came on here to look at reviews and seen numerous complaints saying the same thing. Also seen replies from the company themselves advising people to contact their bank for a refund so I did the same. Just received a message from my bank telling me that pillow world are challenging my dispute! The absolute cheek of this company! Even if they do get back up and running I would never order from them again. I’m honestly furious they have the nerve to challenge my dispute when they themselves have said they are facing issues and to claim our money back via the bank.

Terrible company

Terrible company, will never use again. Order didn’t arrive within dispatch time and then when I went on their website it was shut down. Tried emailing the company and no reply. Uncontactable and saw reviews on here that people also had not received orders. I have screenshots of the company replying to these reviews and advising people to contact their card issuer. This is what I did and now 2 weeks later Pillow world have the nerve to challenge this dispute despite telling us to go down this process. Unbelievable scammers. They have our money and no product delivered.

Unfortunately this company is a complete let down. I ordered on 9th February It's now 11th March and no sign of the pillow, no communication despite emailing the helpline 3 times. I'm not sure where the good reviews have come from but I cannot recommend using this company, it feels like I've been scammed. Use this company with caution, one of, if not the worst company I've dealt with for years. I'd like to give less than one star if it was possible. Beware, you may not get your pillow or communication.

This company has likely ceased trading…

This company has likely ceased trading or is having financial difficulties. I placed an order 02-Feb-2026 and after initial responses of item is in stock and my order was being processed, I waited more than 30 day, still no delivery, so I contacted my bank and raised a dispute with them.

"Ceased Trading" - untrustworthy

I ordered a pillow from Pillow World. When delivery was overdue, I emailed the company and was told that they had ceased trading. They are not honouring existing orders and have kept my payment, advising me to contact my card provider to request a chargeback.
I would not trust this company again.

AVOID AVOID. SCAMMERS.

Avoid, after reading the numerous reviews. I’ve seen that I’ve fallen for this stupid company. Ordered some pillows worth £70 at the start of February, but had multiple automated emails explaining my order is still coming, etc. Pillow World forgot to mention on these emails they are no longer trading.
Don’t bother trying to contact them, you’ll get nowhere. Now need to get the bank involved to dispute the charges.
Message for Pillow World:
I hope you are sleeping easy at night knowing you stole money from innocent victims.

Bought seriously comfortable pillows in january of this year, washed one on a 30 deg, as stated and the pillow has snapped in half. tried getting in touch with vender all day yesterday and today, with no success.
want a replacement of a refund, but can't get intouch with the company.

Terrible service and terrible…

Terrible service and terrible communication. My order was confirmed 18 days stating dispatch would be approx 7-14 days, I have sent two emails for an update and have had no response. My order is a present and will now not arrive in time and I’ve spent £160 and have had no feedback and have no idea when I might receive this order?

Order not received and no response from company

Placed an order on the 5th of Feb, received 2 emails since saying the order is on track, but no sign of it being dispatched. Reached out to customer services via email (the only point of contact I could find) on the 15th Feb not had a response, so emailed again more than 48 hours ago and still had no acknowledgement. I've come on here to find company responses stating they've ceased trading! What an absolute joke. If there's an issue, why keep sending messages stating it's on track when there is an issue? Don't even know how to request a refund since there is no response from their customer services leaving me out of pocket

Paid for a pillow but never received one!

Placed my order on the 27th of January, and still haven't received my pillow. All I've received prior to the middle of February is numerous emails stating that my order has been delayed. Now it looks like Pillow World has stopped trading, and I've been left out of pocket with no pillow!

Lost over £150 to these

After waiting over 2 weeks for my new pillows to be dispatched I just got an e-mail to say that they have now ceased trading and I have to go through my card provider to get my money back. Their website states they are opening soon. My advise is do not buy from here if/when they re-open because the chances are that is £160+ that I have now lost.
