We recently built a playscape for our godchildren with an aviation theme (the elevated playhouse is a control tower, the benches on the sandbox are taxiways and a runway) and needed to stock it with appropriate toys. You can buy toy trucks of every description almost anywhere but airplanes? I was very happy with the selection at Pilots HQ. I only wish they had something I could use for radar screens in the tower!

I ordered a textbook
I ordered a textbook that I needed and it came within 3-4 days I believe. Although shipping time said it would take longer. Which that was great. I needed it for school like the day I ordered it and didn’t have to wait a week for it thankfully. It also was at a good price so shipping and item price were very good! I will order from them again if I need anything else.

I called them on a Saturday, and the lady offered to come in on her day off to provide me with one tube of grease. She has the bill and the product waiting and ready when I got there.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, rude, not helpful.
Ordered product they sent the wrong one, was on phone for 20 mins trying to get return Labe. Lady was horribly rude. Buyer beware I would never order from them again.
