Extremely Disappointing Experience
I placed an order on 2 January for a Sport Flex Apple Watch Band – Black from pinandbuckle.com and paid extra for express shipping. I waited 2 weeks but still hadn't receive a shipping email. My daughter said it was holiday time so wait further so waited till beginning of February.
By early February, with still no update, I submitted a customer enquiry through their website. A full week passed with no reply, so I lodged another enquiry on 10 February. I finally received a response on 13 February saying the black band was out of stock. At no point had I been notified of this, despite the item being shown as available at the time of purchase.
If I hadn’t chased this up myself — twice — it honestly feels like I never would have heard anything.
I was offered choice of five alternative colours, which I did immediately. My order wasn’t updated until 20 February, and even then it didn’t ship until 24 February and received 3rd March — nearly two months after ordering and absolutely nowhere near “express shipping” by any definition. Received it
There was a brief apology, but no offer to refund the express shipping fee, despite the delivery being massively delayed due entirely to their lack of communication and stock management.
Based on my experience, and after seeing many similar reviews about slow service and poor support, I cannot recommend this company. The product itself may be fine, but the customer service, communication, and shipping reliability were extremely disappointing.
If you are still going to order from them definitely do not choose the express shipping method as it is a waste of money.
