Ordered product and did not arrive as promised. AVOID. I found another supplier

Doctor has taken the time to review all medical history and concerns, staff has helped with finding medication in different locations if the preferred pharmacy is out. Staff is constantly checking on me to make sure I am getting the best service possible. Completely refer the service provided.

My video visit with Dr. Wu was a great experience! She truly listened to my concerns and asked questions to ensure the visit and treatment were catered to my specific goals and health history. She was very thorough in the explanation of treatment, common side effects, and resources. Only a few hours after the visit, I had a text from the support team helping me navigate my pharmacy benefits through my insurance. They've been very responsive and helpful. Top notch team!!
