Disappointed with my experience of this clinic. I had 2 consultations with Dr Laycock for lower blepharoplasty with sedation. After 2nd consultation I made appointment with receptionist for April. Few days later it got cancelled as they didn’t realise I needed sedation and there was a waiting list. I got told someone would call me that week to organise another appointment, which they didn’t so I called them the week after and was told someone would call me that week again, which they never, so I had to look again for somewhere else, which I found and booked in for next month. Then after near a month they called me to say there was a cancellation for 2 days later which obviously I declined. The communication wasn’t very good for me and I was very disappointed as I really liked Dr Laycock, he was friendly and professional and I was looking forward to getting the procedure here. Such a shame

Over several appointments, Rob and Jodie helped me regarding marks on my face which required a biopsy. The consultation and surgery was provided via my insurance with Bupa.

Absolutely fantastic support, advice and treatment throughout the process. All the staff are helpful and welcoming.

Rob is a great guy and showed a high level of care with the surgery to minimise scarring. I took two sessions of laser afterwards for one area which was provided by Jodie. She fully removed the scar! Couldn’t be happier and a great relief.

Massive thank you to everyone at Pinewoods. Highly recommended and will be visiting again for cosmetic support.

I suffer with Blepharitis and Meibomian Gland Dysfunction. It was suggested, by my Consultant Ophthalmologist, that IPL on my eyes may help, and I was recommended to see Rob Laycock at Pinewoods. Rob went through my medical history - he was very thorough, professional and reassuring. I have now had a course of IPL on my eyes, which was carried out by Jodie and Jenni. My eyes are so much better - the redness/inflammation has improved enormously. I understand that I can expect further improvements over the coming weeks. All the staff are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Pinewoods Clinic.

I cannot recommend Pinewoods enough. I have spent nearly 2 years debating whether to have eye surgery and now wish I had done this a long time ago.

Rob Laycock was recommended to me and up on meeting him, I was at ease with him, his lovely team of Nurses and of course, Fabienne who manages the front desk. The welcome, the advice and actually treatment is super professional, warm and reassuring. One of the nurses held my hand through my surgery as I was so nervous and whilst you would think that this slightly above and beyond, it is not for them! I am in the recovering period but already I can see great results!

If you are considering anything, just ring and speak to them to get a feel; you will not be disappointed. For reference, I did have a few other recommendations to review but none of them came close to the initial conversations that I had with Pinewoods.

I had my upper bleph eye surgery with Mr Laycock.
The whole procedure was flawless from start to finish.

I am beyond happy with my neck surgery . Went for so many consultations but as soon as I met Rob Laycock I knew I had found my surgeon!! Results are amazing with such care for scarring ..post 3 weeks you wouldn't know I've had anything done until I point it out !! All the girls are relaxed and friendly but professional. I'm an aesthetics receptionist myself and all our patients wanting the next step of surgery are being recommended to Pinewoods .

Well where do I start.. getting older sucks, have had Botox and filler but nothing was fixing my droopy eyelids or my sagging neck. Dr Rob Laycock’s name was passed to me by a friend. I made an initial consultation to see what could be done. Yes you do wait a few weeks to be seen but it’s definitely worth the few weeks wait. Firstly, we discussed my issues which primarily were my neck but then without pressure other options eg laser, upper Bleph were discussed. I chose the eyelid surgery first, I waited approx 3 weeks after that consultation to have the procedure. For my neck I decided on twilight procedure so the wait time was a little longer but probably 6 weeks between each. I was obviously nervous having anything done but I was in and out within the hour for my eyelids, having had a local to numb. I had a few weeks of bruising but straight back at work no downtime. My neck procedure took 3 hours total, I cannot tell you how delighted I am. I chilled and rested at home for a few days. The professionalism of all the staff was excellent. I felt in safe hands from the moment I walked through the door. Communication from all who worked there is spot on, they are caring and most of all reassuring. Having cosmetic surgery is a life choice and I can honestly say just just do it. I now can put my mascara on and see my lashes and flash my neck! The best money spent.

Rob Laycock is an absolute genius. A number of years ago he gave one of my staff members a life changing tummy tuck procedure - this is when I first heard his name.
My procedure was minor in comparison but so quick, friendly and professional. It’s inspired me to explore further surgical work.
I was considering a trip to an international surgeon in Dubai but after finding Rob and his clinic (on my doorstep) I know I don’t have to travel far to be in the best of hands to get the work I need doing, done.
