Got a quote. Half an hour later he said he would be here in 10 minutes. I replied one minute later to confirm yes. He never showed up. What a waste of time.

Avoid them, they are big scammers. They came to my house to inspect the car, which is a 2020 model with very low kilometers (27k). The inspector first suggested that it needs a new tires and a new battery. he already had a new battery with him and he was ready to replace it he said I will pass the tiers for now, just the battery I will replace it, when I told him I will buy a battery from a shop as his price was over, he said ok but you need to buy a tiers as well. how cheap are they, they will pass the tiers if I buy a battery from them, otherwise I have to buy both, this discussion happened over the phone. When I arrived home after 10 mins, found him left after getting paid 150$ by my son without any service delivered.

Didn't show up to scheduled appointment which was between 8 and 10 am. No one called to say they were going to be late.

Completely wasted my time.

The battery they gave me just under 24 months ago failed the last pink slip test I had done with another mechanic. It has low health and will fail on me soon... and needs to be replaced under warranty. The pink slip today mechanic called me and told me their process is that if the car still turns on, they won't replace the battery even though it is about to fail, so if I ask them to come out they'll only test that the car turns on, won't replace it and will charge me for the visit, so there was no point - that's not the warranty process, they should be testing load and resistance. It is eligible to be replaced even though it hasn't completely failed yet. So now I have to pay for a new battery to prevent being stranded somewhere. Really disappointed with the service.

Firstly was a 1 star review but the "local mechanic" who called to let me know the phone rep had miserably failed gained you lot one extra star and thats only as we cant go up by half stars here! Had to give all my details online to get a call! That sucked! Was called back quite fast. Booked my 1967 Rambler Rebel in for a visit! Gave plate number, said its historic registered on phone etc. Still the rep didnt "clue in" apparently! Were they new? I dont know, it was like something ide never experienced, but i think it was either a star or a red dot on! Atleast the mechanic that rang to fix the screw up was cool and gained you that extra star. $145 for a pink slip is complete OVERKILL ALSO! Im taking bookings BTW right now. Rocket rides to the moon, sadly later you will discover that its only a theme park ride

Fantastic service. Got back to me with quote next day and was booked in the next day. Mechanic was polite and lovely to deal with. Efficient and fixed problem NRMA couldn't help with. So happy with the service received. Would definitely recommend.

Made a booking for 1pm. ‘Monsur’ rang at 12.30 said he couldn’t make it until 5pm. Rang at 5.30pm when he hadn’t showed and he said he was half an hour away. I called again at 6.30 when he hadn’t showed and he didn’t answer. Rang the company to reschedule for then next and they didn’t answer.

Would have been quicker, cheaper and easier to just go to a mechanic.
