Made an order for a Vinyl window wrap for work and was talking with their online chat to confirm quality of the image I sent was good enough for print. After making the purchase, the online chat agent advised me that there was an error with their ordering platform and the price was actually 60% higher than I paid. So I asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. They sent me a photoshopped image of a Paypal refund receipt. Never received refund
Have sent them the transcript of the chat conversation. Nothing. Complained. Nothing. Avoid at all costs. Clearly a Scam.

I ordered two banners for my market stall. Took about a week to arrive and I was sent digital proofs first. The items came from Pakistan and the quality was very good for the price. Some people have complained that they fold their banners but when I was looking around, every company I found was folding their banners for postal orders. So I went with this one, and the product turned out to be fine.

Had high hopes, great sales and technical assistance. Fast turnaround. But banners arrived folded and creased with eyelets missing. Unusable and no after sales support.

A truly stressful experience.

The banner has arrived FOLDED, which is a definite no no when it comes to banners.
When unfolded, there is print missing where it was folded.it is also ripped and marked.

When I tried to use an eyelet on the side to tie it up, it ripped with minimal force applied.

After sending an email explaining, I have been offered another one for half price. The funny thing is that the 'half price' replacement version has been offered at £150, when I paid just over £200 originally.

My complaint has been passed on to the complaints department and I am still waiting for a response.

Whenever I speak to Max, he said that he needs to speak to someone else...this has happened on several occasions now.

The banner is for a big automotive event where there will be high end cars sat in front, which in turn be all over social media.

This could of been a good thing for them as they would have been tagged for good publicity.

Now they will be tagged and probably mocked for the quality of what has been supplied.

I always give people the benefit of the doubt to sort out any problems, as that is how a business is judged.

They clearly want to wash their hands of this as they are only interested in taking your money.

I am happy to take this review down if this gets rectified, but I'm not holding out much hope as it's been nearly two months now.

Shocking.

I am in the process of speaking to citizens advice and trading standards as I don't see why I have to pay for something that is not fit for purpose.

I would not recommend this business at the moment!

Update: I have hung the banner out side to try and get the creases out before the big show as I was accused of not hanging it properly in the first place .
After being hung overnight, I can report that all of the eyelets down the sides are now damaged or missing. This is truly a very poor quality product.
Please do not read the other reviews (as I did) because this experience has been stressful and I have been ripped off.

We ordered a 3 x 1 metre banner for our cheesecake company, on Wednesday. We needed it last minute for an event on Saturday.
Pinnacle banner did not disappoint and our order arrived just 2 days later.
Fantastic quality, very easy to order and wonderful customer service.
We would definitely use them for all our orders going forward.

I ordered a banner specifically for a event, called and spoke to Sam before ordering who promised if I paid for his express delivery I would receive it in time. It didn't arrive and the slimeball is refusing to refund - disputing via paypal to try get money back. He charged me for express services and is now saying its delivered so I have to pay. I didn't accept delivery I was out.

Max came thru for me when I needed to order a last minute step and repeat for an event in Cannes (picked up in London on my way to the US). The printing came with a frame as well, which I will have for future events. Communication could have been a little better (he didn't tell us the print and frame would be sent separately), but be aware the company is small, maybe even just him. His business phone is a mobile phone. That said, the actual print was beautiful and well packaged. It looked great at our event.

The quality of the PVC banner was excellent. They had a little hickup about delivery but they took it on themselves to solve it and delivered on time. Job well done.

Very good communication and followed what I required to the letter, checking and double checking it was correct, then delivering to my door within five working days. I am so pleased with what I received. Thank you

Quick response and resolution to my query

Printing is fine, but these banners are printed in Pakistan and then folded/crushed into the smallest space possible to save on shipping coasts. This left my banners damaged and un-usable.

Unfortunately Max is impossible to deal with as soon as you complain, he digs his heals in and wants nothing to do with you. I've lost money on these and I would not recommend them. Its a shame as if they just rolled these banners up and shipped them properly there would not be a problem.

Banners came quickly and when they said they would, good quality and plenty of eyelets to tie them up. Good quality mot see through and print was very clear even though they were 6 foot by 3 foot.
Reasonably priced

I am very disappointed with how Pinnacle Banner have treated our business, especially as we were so willing to work with them to rectify the problems with our banner.

They delivered a damaged product, which did not reflect the proof image and refuse to resolve the issues, instead offering a discount off our next order- awful customer service.

I would strongly advise against using this company, which is a shame as we were a returning customer and hoped to continue working together.

As I can see from the reviews here, we are not alone in our experience.
