Brian has been absolutely fabulous to work with. From the first visit with logical explanations, to the installation portion where he was engaged in the process and assisted as needed, to the follow up appointment where he came out to re-test and verify that everything had worked. In addition, he offered his consultation services if we were ever to sell the house and needed an expert to help with any explanation needed to the new buyers to make them feel safe and secure in the work that was done.

I recently had foundation work done on my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience.

Crew Chief/Foreman Pano, Operations Manager Agustin, and Sales Rep Jacob were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The team had to make three holes in my foundation, and I was honestly very concerned about how everything would look once the job was completed. Foundation work isn’t small — and cosmetic damage was a big worry for me.

But they completely rocked it out of the park.

Not only was the structural work handled professionally and efficiently, but the finish work exceeded my expectations. You can barely tell anything was ever done. The concrete blends beautifully, and the attention to detail really shows. It looks amazing.

Beyond the quality of work, the communication, professionalism, and care for my property stood out the most. They took pride in what they were doing, and it shows.

Everyone from Keith to Marcos to the crew were incredible! Their cost was better than another local company I compared them to, they were on-time and finished when they said they would be, but the thing that most impressed me was their kindness and customer service. Kristen would call and text to make sure we were set up for when I was available. The crew even put some dirt where I needed it. These people are amazing!

From the very start during the walk-through estimate, we were impressed with the professional attitude of the company. Jose (ops Mgr) and Jose (crew leader) were both excellent in the execution of the repair. And we can not say enough good things about the crew. They hit the ground running and were always very professional. The repair was completed in a timely fashion and there were no delays. When they were finished the yard was like no one had been here, it looked that clean.

From the beginning with Brian coming to do the assessment and estimate visit, all the way to the ease of scheduling the post-work plumbing and structural inspections.

Foundation repairs can be incredibly daunting and scary to think about, and I was genuinely losing sleep at night imagining how bad the assessment was going to be and what could be wrong with my house. But as soon as Brian broke down the amount of work that needed to be done and why, I knew I was in good hands with Pinnacle and I immediately felt peace of mind. While foundation repair is never fun (or cheap), it's nice to know that there's a company out there that cares about doing the work that is best for you and not trying to sell you anything you don't need. And the pricing for the amount of work done was very reasonable. Every time I tell anyone the price we paid for the work done, they're always impressed at how low the cost was.

The day that the work was done was very stress-free as well. Miguel and Miguelito were incredibly kind, transparent, and clear with their description of the work and what I was to expect throughout the entire process.
The schedule was originally going to take 2 full days of work, but they had a cancellation from another job, so they sent two full crews come to my house and install 14 piers. They started the work around 8:30am and they were completely finished by 2pm.
They allowed me to walk around and take pictures as much as I wanted, and they were so kind as to take the extra dirt they had dug up and mounded it up by my house to help with the drainage and mitigate the erosion near the foundation. They went so far as to knock on my neighbor's door and ask them if they wanted them to do the same to their house with the excess soil free of charge. Above and beyond, I say.
They were also incredibly tidy and took great care to put everything back exactly how it was before. The crew seemed like they were having a great time together while they worked as well.
The concrete work they did to patch the holes they had to cut out is holding strong and it was very smoothly done.

Pinnacle even got the third party plumber and structural engineers to call me to schedule the post-work inspection. The structural engineer said they did a fantastic job as well, so that was further confirmation that I went with the right company.

I hope I never have to use them again, but I will 100% be recommending Pinnacle to anyone who ever needs foundation work done. I couldn't be happier with the work they did.

After raising our house 7", with minimal cosmetic issues, I truly would say they are the best in the business. Customer service is A+. To have neighbors complement about how nice the workers were and how they cleaned up after their selves was a big plus. If you need foundation work I would highly recommend.

I had an evluation done a while back. I was ready to inquire about next steps, but realized the report I received did not include a proposed repair plan and estimate. Over the past couple of weeks, I've called the office 3 times to request it, and was told they would ask the assessor to send it which never happened. I don't want to call anymore. I wonder if this is what it is like during a repair process or if you had to address a warranty issue I would not be confident about it. Unfortunately I feel the need to call someone else.
